Now, take a pressure cooker and add tomatoes, garlic cloves, coriander leaves, parsley and salt and stir it continuously. Pour 5 cups of water into the mixture in the pressure cooker now and pressure cook it for 3 – 4 whistles. Take a strainer and get rid of the leaves and cloves from the mixture and keep it separately. Meanwhile, deep-fry the sliced breads until it becomes crispy. Now, take a frying pan, add the butter and sautÊ it 2 minutes. Now add the olive oil and stir it for a minute. Pour the tomato mixture that you kept aside now and mix it thoroughly. Stir continuously in low flame for 4 minutes. Dip fried breads into the mixture now and add pepper and salt according to your taste.
