For the current trends, jacquards tend to be more preferred to prints for its uncopiable feature. The entire patterns - modern geometry, classic damask, Ikats and floral - were presented in jacquard fabrics. As carded yarns were used a lot in jacquards fabric, the border between jacquard and boucle disappeared.
