STYLISH APARTMENTS WITH TERRACES AND PARKING IN SON ESPANYOLET In addition to our successful town house projects in the area, we decided to develop these stylish apartments due to the large demand from our clients. This beautiful building will be built on a on a quiet Spanish style street of Son Espanyolet. The location is perfect for clients who want to live close to the Santa Catalina market (7 minutes by walking) and the new Palma Tennis Club (3 minutes by walking). There will be in total 6 apartments. 3 on the first floor with terraces on the same level and 3 on the second floor with private roof terraces. Each apartment will have open living room layout with modern kitchen and parking (optional). The apartments are located in a quiet residential area of Palma, known as Son Espanyolet.

The architect Blas Segarra is behind the design of these beautiful apartments. In this project we asked him to combine the traditional Son Espanyolet architecture with modern living standards. Therefore the building will have traditional Santa Catalina style from the outside whereas inside floor plans meet our clients’ expectations. Features such as traditional windows and shutters, bay windows, large terraces prepared for outside kitchen, open living spaces with design kitchens form part of the concept. We know that open spaces and a lot of light is important for our clients and therefore Blas has incorporated these features in each floor plan.

Son Espanyolet is a nice, family friendly neighborhood within walking distance to schools, nurseries and Palma city center. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the famous market hall in the popular Santa Catalina with all the trendy cafes and popular restaurants. Perfect choice of area for those who want to stay in a quieter area and still be within walking distance to everything you need. Even the well-known hospital Juaneda with Swedish-speaking staff is located in the same area. The motorway is easy to reach and it takes only 15 minutes to drive to the international airport.
