Job Description MANAGES THE ORGANIZATION'S WEBSITE AND ENSURING IT IS ACTIVELY CONVERTING LEADS AND ACTING AS THE MAIN AXIS OF ALL DIGITAL OPERATIONS AND AS WELL SERVE AS OUR NATIONAL RESOURCE HUB. • Collaborate with internal and external managers, editors, and other stakeholders to ensure the website is actively driving the organization's operations and aligned to brand strategies. • Market and present web/digital strategies to diverse audiences, manage multiple projects, and maintain schedule and budgets. • Devise fluent development optimization techniques to deliver the best user experiences in the most technically efficient manner. • Constant updates on our website. Making sure its has all necessary information our customers need. • Working with content creators to update and post blogs posts for AIESEC in Kenya bimonthly. • Write final report and recommendation on the website, aimed at improving how it can better drive organization's operations.
