EP CHECKLIST Brand Advocacy

1 Why create an EP Checklist? If. we look at the stories we are collecting and showcasing now, most of them are based on the cultural experience of an EP. Although cross-cultural understanding is one of the value proposition of AIESEC’s exchange, it is NOT the core value proposition.

• LDA assessment to the EP before before going and after end of project • LEAD sessions based on the LDM elements • Brand Advocacy Preparation • Cultural Preparation • Logistical Preparation on both the OGX and ICX side • Experience Mapping • JD definition and execution

Upload 5 photos of you at Intern house with fellow EPs/with your host family Project Site First Day of work Upon arrival (ideally while being picked) Upon departure

2 minute video telling people why they should go on exchange.

Indicate on a google sheet with your name on it a learning point of any leadership development space you went through; and how it affected your life. Before you left While on exchange
