ECB is an entity controlling independent body working arbitration cases of exchange quality of AIESEC products and services delivered to customers. • Ensure standards & satisfaction, customer experience management implementation on AIESEC products delivered to our customers • They are the final decision making body on national level cases that violate the XPP (3.2.2.1) • Conducts virtual and physical audits on standards implementation and develop prevention campaign based on findings. • Creation of ECB hub. • Provide consultancies upon request to LCs. • Entity Standard Certification • Educate LCs on S&S procedures and CEM through outreach, summits, conferences e.t.c • Firefighting and constantly communicating with ICB.
