The school is conducted under the direction of the Board of Trustees, Augustinians, and lay educators, who cooperate in its teaching and administrative activities. The school is located on a 103-acre campus in Malvern, Pennsylvania, a suburb residential area 20 miles west of Philadelphia. Typically, 100% of graduates attend four-year colleges.
ADMISSION/ENROLLMENT

In addition, all juniors must participate in a 2 week intense service project, either nationally or internationally.
CALENDAR YEAR Malvern operates on an intensives-based semester system--meaning we operate on an 8-day block split across (2) Intensive Terms per Semester. As a result, students are in class every day during an Academic Term, and grades are memorialized 2x/year [January and June].
DISCIPLINE Malvern will disclose to colleges and universities any serious disciplinary violation. We also expect and counsel our seniors to make full disclosure of any serious disciplinary violations that occur after applications have been submitted to colleges.

Grades are reported two times during the academic year, at the end of each semester. The school uses the Alpha System for grading students. Courses are weighted according to the degree of challenge (Academic, Honors or AP). In March of 2020, Malvern transitioned to virtual learning. Our faculty maintained the same expectation of rigor and scholarship long associated with Malvern Prep.
