Footscray in the next 20 years will develop as a social and active suburb encouraging pedestrian freedom 24/7, aided by ease of accessibility in all available modes of transport, and vibrant green spaces providing a pleasant and safe environment for residents and visitors, that will be facilitated by effective public surveillance. At its heart, the community will be connected by its history that is evident in its built form, which would give Footscray its unique identity as a

Respecting heritage spaces like Railway Reserve by maintaining proper decorum at these places and ensuring its regular maintenance
