When PGA members seek career planning advice, they are many times looking to develop an organized blueprint that prepares them to become the strongest possible. The above chart was developed to provide a framework to simplify and organize your personal career plan. It expresses the relationship between three key components: Competencies, Motivation and Expectations and their correlation to success. The PGA of America is committed to providing you with, not only the “Formula for Success” and the resources to achieve that success. The PGA has an outstanding document to assist you in preparing for your next position and the title is Job Hunter’s Toolkit. I recommend utilizing this document to assist you.
