The website is focused on sales and the main divisions are ‘new arrivals, collection, icons, bridal, footwear, eyewear and accessories’. It also contains some other tabs like ‘my account, contact, stores, follow us and help’. When you enter in each of those links you find a variety of products and more information.
concept. The presentation aims to discuss how the store website can be improved expecting a sales increase, a better buying experience and a more personal relationship with the client.
The main page is essential to get the client attention and make them want to see and discover more of the website. That will make them click and find other pages and products, which can increase the sales or make the customer experience better. That’s why one of the suggestions for that space is: have more things, more links that can generate more internal traffic on the website.

And scroll even more and find some of the journal posts.
Whistles as an example
The journal is a type of blog to inspire the client and make the relationship between brand and final customer closer. Inside of that part of the site posts as new trends, interviews, lookbooks, news and much more could be added - everything featuring the brand and with inspiring images and texts.
Scroll down
Scroll down and be able to see the latest runway video after the main picture. If you click on the video you can see all the runways collections in pictures and video.
products. The products are displayed in a super clean and aesthetic pleasing way what makes the looks of the website really good. But sometimes that can be confusing for the customer. That way, one of the suggestions is to put the name and the price of the product straight under the picture, instead of having to pass the mouse on it.
To improve on the layout: -Always try to have the same amount of product in all lines. -Don’t leave lots of space between the lines. -Make the website uniform. Ex: If you write a text and put an image on the shoes and the eyewear part, try to do the same with the accessories.

E-commerce sites are made to sell, but they’re also an amazing tool to communicate with the client, transmit the brand essence and make their life easier. The bottom bar is a tool that the people are already used to it. So, if you need any specific information about the brand, shipment, language, email and more you usually search for the bar at the end of the website. Consequently, it’s a good instrument to have. Examples of elements that are missing from the website and can be added on the bottom bar:
about the brand. language. currency. online enquire chat. careers. find a store. subscribe to the newsletter.

The market is also big in other countries so it’s good to be able to change the languag e of the website for least the ba sics like Chinese, Spanish and English.

improvements.
After researching the website some minor errors and things that can be improved were found.
Push the ‘my account’ and ‘my dashboard’ to the side so the text doesn’t stay on top of the other.
If you are searching the stores and you click in one of them and decide to come back clicking on the return button, the store’s tab close. That happens in other tabs of the website as well and it’s bad because sometimes you forgot what you’re looking for and the website must remember

The ‘sort by’ button it’s not always working on the mobile version. In some tabs, it’s doubled with one text on top of the other and in other tabs, it doesn’t open at all.
The table website should be more like the mobile version, where you can see the whole image at once. Besides that, it would also be helpful to had another ‘add to basket’ button on the bottom of the pictures -also like the mobile.
related products.
One of the biggest challenges of retail e-commerce is how to create a personalized shopping experience in the absence of human contact, Product recommendations based on user preferences and past visits already exist it’s an amazing way to do that. But you can increase even more the sales adding a related products widget. If you search for a top but in the image, the model is wearing a top, a short, a bag and a shoe, the widget will put the other pieces there so the customer can buy the whole outfit if he wants.
