My educational and practice track led me to be able to work within a holistic approach towards the urban environment, from architecture to policy formulation. Courses subject such as mobility, water management, political science, heritage, and public management construct my academic background, while experience at the public and private sector, besides being a volunteer at the third sector made me able to dialogue with different professionals and understand how processes and projects within the city and the rururban area take place in its several scales.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
PARTICIPATORY PROCESSES
Since 2008 I have been involved in participatory and communitarian processes. As a volunteer at Techo I coordinated meetings with commited inhabitants of the communities we were working with. It was based on building trust and agreeing on responsabilities. As an architect at Boldarini Arquitetos Associados we bring the inhabitants of our slum urbanizations to recognize maps, point problems and indicate potentials. As an urban planner at Sao Paulo Municipal Urban Development Department (SMDU) we organized several workshops on which population from different neighborhoods could be part of the Sub-municipal plans, uinderstanding the proccess and sharing necessities and dreams.

Data creation, data analyses, and data spatialization is a passion for me. With just 18 years old I develop with a small team a qualitative-quantitative form to Teto, the NGO I was a volunteer. Later, I started to analyze poverty and inequality at Sao Paulo metropolis and at Brazilian big cities for the same organization. Later on, this was one of the main basis for the research that gave me the Architect and Urban Planner degree in 2012, when I started to work with GIS and never stopped. Spatialized data is a key input for design the right action on the territory. From understanding the context area for a project to georeferencing participation and in-situ data collection, GIS and spatial analysis are fundamental tools for contemporary planning and urban action of all kind.
GLOBAL SOUTH COMPLEXITIES & POVERTY OVERCOMING
To solve social and urban challenges from Global South is one of the things that moves me the most. From communitarian work to technology development, I have put effort in design, plan and transforme slums/favelas in Latin America during years. As a student at University of Copenhagen, I developed in a transdisciplinary team an infiltration treatment trench able to clean and storage rainwater focusing in the reality of Addis Adaba in Ethiopia, using simple construction and materials in order to respond the local requiriments.
STRATEGIC PLANNING & MASTERPLANNING
Urban planning is one of my master expertises. In the last six years, I have developed several projects with transdisciplinary teams, both in the private sector and inside the Urban Development Department of Sao Paulo municipality. From challenging strategic planning for complexes urban situations such as Brazilian favelas to new masterplan for former industrial areas in Europe, my experience covers a wide range of socioeconomic and cultural urban situations. Mobility, housing, leisure, rainwater management, biodiversity, liveability, and local development are some of the topics on my holistic approach to this issue.

URBAN DESIGN & LANDSCAPE PROJECTS
Waterfront parks, memorials, neighborhood squares, streetscapes and common areas of housing buildings are some of the subjects I have worked with. My main goal is by changing the urban environment, improve people´s lives. Large pathways, reorganization of traffic flows, increase of biodiversity, water management, ludic elements and a careful chose of materials are the tools I frequently use. Analyses of the existent situation and user´s expectations are always taking in consideration in order to make the place unique and match the local characteristics.
