Self-Validation Protocol for Testing Xp3 Here is the approved Xp3 Canada validation process to validate fuel consumption efficiency of Xp3 treated fuel, specific to the equipment you are running in your fleet. We guarantee that the cost to run Xp3 treated fuel is less than running non-treated fuel, or we refund you the difference up to the full amount of the treatment cost.
1. Choose 3 to 10 pieces of equipment in your fleet that will be running the treatment test, and choose the equivalent in your fleet that will be the comparative control units.
2. Document the fuel economy of 10 successive tanks WITHOUT Xp3 on the 3 different assets operating in near identical conditions and log the data in the form found in Appendix “A”. If you already track your fuel economy/consumption, we can review the existing data to determine viability for this test. For the comparative control units, continue documenting and tracking fuel consumption and km with non-treated fuel.
3. After the 8th tank, send the baseline data to Marc@Xp3Canada.com before proceeding to the next step. This allows us to determine the amount of Xp3 you will require for the Xp3 treated phase of the test. We will ship and invoice you the required amount of Xp3 for the treated portion of the test as you continue running your 9th and 10th untreated tanks.
4. Once you receive the Xp3 product, begin testing and documentation fuel consumption of 10 successive tanks treated with Xp3, operating in near identical conditions and log the data in the form found in Appendix “A”.
5. Upon completion of the 10 treated tanks, send the data to Marc@Xp3Canada.com. We will interpret the data and calculate the difference in fuel efficiency between the untreated fuel and the Xp3 treated fuel. The increased fuel economy, factoring the input cost of Xp3 will result in a lower cost per KM with the Xp3 treated fuel over the non-treated fuel. If the difference between the non-treated cost and treated cost is not more than a minimum of a full cost recovery, we will refund you the difference so that you never experience any financial loss.
