Beyond Taste – Oltre il Gusto Magazine had started out in the Spring of 2017, almost seven years ago. Times have changed and our magazine is undergoing changes as our interests have changed and our love of travel has brought us to new tastes and a renovation of our ancestor´s classics, ecological wine estates, hotels where the best dreams occur, health measures and concerns and our attendance at international trade fairs has stimulated knowledge of new products and technology.
