UNIT 2 YUMMY!! Project 1 Let’s organize an International Food Fair where you are the chefs! In groups of 5 choose one of the countries from the activity above.  Then find out a typical recipe from that country and write it down in your notebook.  Tell about the ingredients you need for cooking the recipe and the quantities.  Explain how to cook it.  Then arrange a day to cook it for the class. We will try all of the recipes!!

Project 2 Work in groups of 5. I’ll give each group a different type of restaurant. Create a menu and include starters, main course, side dishes, desserts and drinks. Don’t forget the prices! A vegetarian café---an expensive French restaurant---a motorway service station--a seafood restaurant---a steak house---a restaurant in the middle of the mountain
