All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Food and beverage pre-order forms will be sent to the organiser, along with requests for final payments. You are then required to pay the final balance for the meal, wine and drinks and submit meal pre-orders by Friday 26 October. Once full pre-payment has been received, no refunds, exchanges or transfers can be made.
