Mariama M.M. Kah

Mariama is a Gambian-American architect and recent graduate of the American University of Sharjah where she received her Bachelors degree in architecture, Cum Laude. Her research and architectural interests are heavily vested in the role of architecture in amplifying the lived experience; particularly with respect to Senegal, The Gambia, and the continent of Africa and Middle Eastern region at large. She believes in architecture's power to shape and transform lives on an individual and collective level.
