Allotment General Informations Duration: January 2018 - July 2018 Participants: Group of 3 people Purpose: A plot of land was selected in the city of Ribeirão Preto - São Paulo, Brazil, in which we should subdivide its area respecting the proportions imposed by the city government: - Minimum of 5% for the institutional area; - Minimum of 35% for green and leisure areas system; - 15 meters of retreat on the expressways; - Lots with at least 140m² and 7 linear meters in front; - The maximum length of the blocks will be 300 (three hundred) linear meters;

Option 1

Option 2

Initially, we proposed that the streets be parallel and perpendicular to the existing road guidance in the area. The idea was discarded because, in the surroundings of the plot, many triangular blocks were generated, making logistics for the lots difficult. In view of the problem faced in the first proposal, we saw as a solution to implement the streets perpendicular and parallel to the Permanent Protection Area (PPA). The surroundings have been resolved. However, triangular blocks were formed on the main avenue.

In the final proposal, we joined the two initial models, minimizing the triangular blocks. Always prioritizing green areas in front of all residential and institutional lots. It was possible to allocate a larger number of commercial lots facing the avenue.

Social Habitation General Informations Duration: July 2018 - December 2018 Participants: Group of 5 people Purpose: Development of a social interest habitation project in the Jardim Zara district in the city of RibeirĂŁo Preto - SP, Brazil, was due to the large urban void located in an already consolidated area, being able to take advantage of the existing infrastructure, consequently reducing costs and providing a good quality of life for the inhabitants. Composed of 3 building blocks, totaling 104 residential apartments, it focuses on the integration of residents, based on the creation of quality living areas within the condominium. Due to an existing road guideline that divided the site, and still thinking about the proposal of integration of the residents, as a solution, it was proposed to keep the street at its original level and we lowered the living area, thus achieving an uninterrupted and welcoming environment.

Each building has two models of plans for the residential part, below are presented two of the six existing:

Public Park General Informations Duration: July 2018 - December 2018 Participants: Group of 5 people Purpose: The idea of the park is to provide a better quality leisure area for the surrounding residents, with food trucks, spaces for playing sports, playgrounds, environments for social interaction and proximity to nature. The elevated walkways were designed in view of the topography in order to provide users with a different perspective on nature, as it is possible to walk alongside large treetops, over the river and what happens in the subdivisions of the park. Thinking about the lowest environmental impact, the built areas were proposed in places where there was not a large concentration of vegetable masses, and the paths at the same level of the ground are exactly the projection of the suspended walkways.
