ABOUT ME
From Argentina living in Stockholm. Graduated as an architect in Septem ber 2018 from Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the National Universi ty of La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina. I finished my studies with the presentation of my final project: which was about a Uni versity building for students and gradua tes with coworking spatial methodology. Different work experiences allowed me to learn va rious aspects of the profession: about the design process as a team and how to make project pre sentations, from graphic content to oral explana tion; the possibility to make the graphic documen tation of houses to present to the municipality for the approval of the plans; and more administrative features of architecture: writing technical specifi cations for public tender constructions and having meetings with building maintenance companies. My goal as an architect is to contribute and acqui re knowledge about the design and construction of sustainable collective housing and cultural public buildings; methods and strategies for the develop ment of new urbanizations and in parallel, continue training myself with graphic and digital tools for materialize concepts and ideas in an impactful way. I believe in architecture as a human scien ce responsible for creating and impro ving the spaces that societies inhabit, and for this reason my professional objective is to learn to generate positive social impacts.

FEMINIST URBANISM IN URBAN PLANNING, FADU-UBA
U rbanism advocates the transformation of nu merous forms of violence and existing asymme tries, towards a scenario of full integration of all people, and placing special emphasis on the fair, equitable, and equal distribution of resources and resources. opportunities for women and men.
VILLA 20 - BUENOS AIRES
This p olitical position uses the Gender Pers pective as a methodological tool to achieve a type of diagnosis that is situated, participa ted, and reflects the totality of diverse visions of the social actors, (and in particular of wo men); in the process of designing public policies that manage to mitigate or reverse the current ly existing situations of privilege or oppression.
The resurgence of Feminism in the public agenda, this time as a global politi cal force, currently demands and requires its consideration and incorporation in the ways of planning, designing and managing the city.

We study the imbrication of theories and ideas as sociated with feminist urbanism in different cases of public national and international urban proposals. We critically analyze the features in which it is possible to verify this interweaving in the plan ning phases, through the urban planning instru ments applied, the management-participation models adopted and the project resources chosen. The case study addressed was the com prehensive re-urbanization project of Villa 20 in Buenos Aires, Argentina; whose objec tive is the urban, housing and socio-economic in tegration of the inhabitants of the neighborhood, through instruments of citizen participation.

PLAZAS DE BOLSILLO (pocket squares) were born in Santiago de Chile looking for temporary solutions for vacant sites. They are spaces for public use transformed through tactical furniture, vegetation, urban art. The term “pocket” implies that all the elements that make up the square can be moved to another site once a definitive intervention is determined. This means a change in the way in which the State executes its public policies, worrying not only about large infrastructure works, but also about small interventions that have a high impact on people. It is recognized that pocket plazas do not replace a public plaza or park, but are a flexible, temporary, and experimental alternative that adds value to vacant land. They also complement the public offer of free spaces for collective use, taking advantage of an asset owned by everyone in an innovative way.
PLAZA OF SEXUAL DIVERSITY, Montevideo. Carried out wi thin the framework of the Ciudad Vieja Program on a hu man scale carried out by the Intendancy, seeking to stren gthen the areas for pedestrian use and recover the public space of the neighborhood that gave birth to the city. The project that generates a sloping topography capa ble of functioning as a support for the stay, contempla tion and coexistence, was the product of the rich ex change maintained with the different LGBTIQ+ groups.

FLICKRUM-PLACES FOR GIRLS by White Arkitekter, Skarpnäck, Stockholm, Sweden 2017. What can architecture offer those who experience exclusion? Flickrum explores the urban realm from the perspective of a teenage girl. The aim of the project was to develop practical methods for equitable architecture by giving girls an opportunity to design their ideal public space. As cities are planned today, public spaces aren’t used equally amongst girls and boys: until the age of seven, boys and girls use public facili ties such as playgrounds equally but from the age of eight this changes. Statistics shows that from this age 80 percent of the users are boys, while girls feel ten times more insecure in public pla ces. We initiated a project to find out why and how to accommodate places for girls in the city.

It is a political position that proposes to transform the principles of the configuration of cities. Placing people’s daily lives at the center of decisions and differentiating themselves from the commodification of spaces. It contributes to a physical and social transformation by breaking down hierarchies and transforming realities in order to create cities with equal opportunities for all.

20 We propose the experience of a tour in direct contact with nature, connecting the city and the lake, in a slow transition between public and pri vate. Thinking of a post-pandemic architecture, emphasizing open spaces, outdoor circulations. The project opens up to the city to pro vide it with a public recreational spa ce where to exhibit the works produced. In this way, the program is divided: the shared spaces with the community are grouped in a buil ding-square, taking advantage of the unevenness between the street and the lake, respecting the vi suals from the city generating a roof-viewpoint pro viding the city with much-needed urban equipment. Continuing the exterior route that is proposed, the artists access a platform that advances over the lake to which floating modules of rooms/workshops are attached. Three different typologies plays with the entry of light and the framing of the visuals on the lake. At the top of this platform, submerged in the waters of the Nahuel Huapi lake, is the room of silence, a space for absolute introspection that invites you to enjoy a unique visual experience. The intention that leads this project is to diffuse the barriers that separate the academic training stage from the job stage in a person’s professional life. In a globalized present where almost physical and virtual limits do not exist thanks to connectivity and mobility in constant development, the educa tional and labor architecture responds each time to a lesser measure to the needs of the users.
The project seeks to resolve the spatial needs of the new mechanism of apprehension of knowledge and labor development by the new generations, offering a direct connection with the labor market, having coworking ex periences with creative a innovative results.

The chosen site is the “North Forest Group” of the campus of the National Uni versity of La Plata, located in the munici pality of Ensenada, Buenos Aires province. The sector is a new academic space built whe re a clandestine detention center worked du ring the military dictatorship resigning the site for the growth of higher education. The building is located at the south-west entrance to the campus, using the poten tial of contact with the main avenue, mer ging three cities: La Plata, Berisso y Ensenada. The professional workers´ incubator works as a landmark building of the University: with its image marks the access to the campus, allowing to reach the internal street that conn tects with the pavilions through the permeable ground floor. Its proportions rises representing the end of the pavilions, offering a free ground floor for embrace ment and expansion at level 0.00.

The objective of the program and the layout of the plan is to offer the user multiple and diffe rent spaces according to their way of working. Open plan: computers area, living rooms, coffee space. These spaces are characterized by be ing open, favoring interaction. They differ from each other in size, orientation and equipment.
A central atrium emerges from the entran ce plaza that concentrates the vertical cir culation and the junction of all the acti vities and spaces that the building offers.
Private boxes: They are closed spaces for ac tivities that require some privacy, introspec tion and / or concentration. They are also differentiated by size according to the num ber of people who participate in their use.
As for the program, the merely public activi ties for the entire community (bookstore, cafe teria, library) are located on the first levels up to the intermediate terrace, which has physi cal exercise activities and outside expansion.

SPACE USES: All levels have dynamic and freely appropriated spaces and comple ments of closed and intimate rooms for the development of specific activities. A zonal air conditioning system was de signed, allowing variation according to the orientation and number of users.
SEMI-COVERED PATIOS: offer the user expansion to the outside in hei ght and recirculation of interior air.
INTERMEDIATE TERRACE: all levels converge there and maintain a closer scale relations hip between the user and the environment.
SOLAR ORIENTATION: Is taken into ac count to decide uses and vertical enclo sures. The vertical circulation and service modules were placed on the south-west and south-east facades. Modules of a me tal mesh surround the building on the nor th facade, controlling the entry of the sun.

The use of steel was chosen as the main structure because it is a material that allows to resolve the in tented architectual morphology: general structure in connection with insulated elements, the lightwei ghted and slim boxes in comparison to the concrete.
The structural project is synthesized in a prism of laminated steel columns and beams and a cross-sectional overhanging system in cer tain modules, all supported by two levels of reinforced concrete beams and columns.
PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE
At the same time , the steel parts assem bly system allows to optimize the construc tion process in less time, dividing it into sub-systems: assembling the boxes at 0.00 le vel at the same time as the buildings’ floors.

The objective of this project is to recogni ze the factors that impact in the different scales of territorial planning: at the metro politan, regional and sub-regional level to un derstand and be able to address urban problems.

Just as in architectural design, in te rritorial planning, changing the scale is not only expanding and reducing the plane, but also recognizing new intervening elements.
URBAN SPACEProject:COMPONENTSTeamwork(2)Date:2016
The practical work consists of the elaboration of three plans corresponding in turn to the three work scales where the selected variables will be marked according to each level and a synthesized report where the conclusions of each stage will be drawn.
These three areas of the province of Buenos Ai res, Argentina have been chosen to deepen the concept of scale through two variables: the identification of the different city systems ac cording to the different urban herarchies, with the communication roads at their various levels.
