CULTURA LATINA MAGAZINE FREELANCE WRITER AGREEMENT
This Freelance Writer’s agreement to allow Publisher to use all material summited by Writer for publishing purposes. This agreement is made on _________[date], between Cultura Latina Magazine P.O. Accept all submitted article/material and review it according to Cultura Latina Magazine Acceptance guidelines. 2. We reserve the right to accept or publish any article/ material submitted 3. To supply the writer with 20 copies of the magazine issue for his/her portfolio.
In consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this agreement, the parties agree as follows: 1. There will be no payment for any submitted material. 2. Attribution is handled well and gracefully. _____ The subject is featured through effective use of anecdote, narration, quotation, characterization, description, humor, and emotional writing. _____ The body of the article is clearly organized to develop the topic in a natural way, making it easy to follow and recall. _____ Each paragraph has a controlling idea, solid detail, smooth transitions. Paragraphs display appropriate methods of development, such as narration, description, examples, comparison, classification, process analysis, definition, and persuasion. _____ The article has a definite and effective ending that satisfies the opening, the subject, and the treatment. _____ It is well written.
