Every Friday night the Corazón Dancers have two one-hour lessons from 810pm. From 8-9pm, we have a beginners class. From 9-10pm, From 10pm-1am, we have social dancing. Estas aplicaciones con accesorios para Smart Phones pueden revisar tu presión sanguínea, niveles de azúcar, pulso, hábitos de comidas, nivel de actividad, etc. Por favor, revise las opiniones de estas aplicaciones, algunas son incorrectas y una verdadera perdida de tiempo. Las aplicaciones solas te proveerán un registro de tu salud, pero tenemos tendencia de ignoras los (Apps), leerlos mal, y/o ignorarlos completamente y continuar con nuestra rutina. A veces las (Apps) son demasiada y podrían ser mal interpretadas, así es que necesitas de un especialista que mantenga un registro de tu progreso. This is where a guardian angel over our shoulders could assist us in keeping track with our health and other habits. There are many useful applications (Apps) in the web. The apps with additional equipment for smart phones could check your blood pressure, sugar level, pulse, eating habits, activity level, etc. Check the reviews of these apps some are inaccurate and a complete waste of time.
The apps by themselves help provide tracking on your health but we tend to ignore the apps, misread them, and/or ignore them completely and continuing our routine. Sometime the apps are overwhelming and could be misinterpreted, so you need someone trained in the field to keep track of your progress. If
you are new to the Christian faith, you may be unsure about just how to pray to Jesus. The first thing you need to understand is that God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit are one person in the trinity. This means that if you pray to Jesus, you are also praying to your Heavenly Father who created you and the rest of the heavens and the earth. It is also important to understand that while Jesus was here on earth, he gave us a model for how to pray. While you don't always have to adhere to this specific formula, it can help give you the words you are looking for, especially when you are new to the process of talking to God. When you have trouble forgiving someone for something they have done to you, remember what Jesus had to endure to forgive both of you. Then ask God for help in forgiving. "Lead us not into temptation," means to ask God for strength and guidance to live the way He wants us to. The easiest way to stay out of trouble is to stay focused on God. "Deliver us from the evil one," follows the temptation, because it is Satan who tries to tempt us away from our relationship with our Heavenly Father. God is the one who can always protect us from Satan's evil plan. "For yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen!" What a wonderful way to end a prayer – by acknowledging God's greatness once again and offering the praise that He desires and deserves! Praying to Jesus is no longer a mystery now that you know what he taught himself in the Bible about entering the throne room

"Hágase Tu voluntad en la tierra como en el cielo," nos r ecuer da pedir a Dios por que se haga Su divinad antes que haga nuestra propia voluntad. Mientras podemos pensar que sabemos lo que deseamos o necesitamos en la vida, Dios tiene la capacidad de saber lo que realmente es mejor para nosotros. Necesitamos confiar en El y en Su propósito divino para nuestro vidas.
"Danos el pan nuestro de cada día," nos r ecuer da que necesitamos depender de Dios para todas nuestra físicas y espirituales. "Perdona nuestras deudas como nosotros perdonamos a nuestros deudores," destaca el hecho que Dios nos ha perdonado por nuestros pecados y nosotros necesitamos perdonar a otros de misma manera. Cuándo usted tiene problema perdonando a alguien por algo que le han hecho a usted, recuerde lo que Jesús tuvo que aguantar para perdonarnos. Entonces pregúntele a Dios por ayuda para perdonar.

"Líbranos del mal," le sigue a la tentación, porque Satanás trata de alejarnos de nuestra relación con nuestro Padre Celestial. Dios es el que siempre nos puede proteger de plan malo de Satanás.

La idiosincrasia de su gente la hace destacarse en el mundo por la riqueza de sus diferentes artes, literatura, pintura, escultura y música. En la literatura con escritores famosos como Gabriel García Márquez, "Cien Años de Soledad". El fue el Colombiano mas destacado en este campo al recibir el Premio Nobel de Literatura en 1982. Colombia también se destaca en la pintura, arquitectura y artes plásticas. Para presentar su riqueza en estas áreas seria necesario usar, varias paginas. Sin embargo vale mencionar a Alejandro Obregón, por sus pinturas que reflejan rasgos característicos en las obras de Picasso. Además, no se nos puede quedar atrás, las obras de Fernando Botero. Por otro lado, su música también se destaca por sus ritmos candentes en la cumbia, vallenatos, bambucos y salsa entre otros. Una de sus interpretes es la famosa cantante internacional, Shakira. Ella, además es famosa por su fundación de los Niños Descalzos, que inicio en 1997. La misma tiene el propósito de que cada niño colombiano tenga acceso a una educación y alimentación. Sancocho de Gallina Colombiano Ingredientes: 4 lb. de pollo en piezas 16 tazas de agua 1 paquete (32 oz.) de Mezcla Tropical de Verduras Congeladas GOYA® 2 papas rojas medianas, peladas y en cubos de 2 pulgadas ½ taza de Sofrito GOYA® 2 cdita. de Ajo Picado GOYA® o 4 dientes de ajo fresco, picado 5 paquetes de Caldo de Pollo en Polvo GOYA® 1 cebolla grande, en cubos de 2 pulgadas 1 plátano macho verde, pelado y en trozos de 2 pulgadas 1 paquete de Mazorcas Mini Congeladas GOYA®, cada una cortada a la mitad 8 ramitas enteras de cilantro 1 cdta. de Adobo con Comino GOYA® 2 paquetes de Sazón sin Achiote GOYA® 3 cdas. de cilantro fresco picado como guarnición Acompañamiento: Salsa picante colombiana.
Colombian Chicken and Vegetable Soup Ingredients:
4 lb. chicken cut in pieces 16 cups water 1 pkg. (32 oz.) GOYA® Frozen Tropical Vegetable Mix 2 medium red potatoes, peeled, 2 inch diced ½ cup GOYA® Sofrito 2 tsp. GOYA® Minced Garlic or 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced 5 packets GOYA® Powdered Chicken Bouillon 1 large onion, 2 inch diced 1 green plantain, peeled, 2 inch pieces 1 pkg. GOYA® Frozen Mini Ears Corn, each ear cut in half 8 whole sprigs cilantro 1 tsp. GOYA® Adobo with Cumin 2 packets GOYA® Sazón without Annatto 3 tbsp. minced fresh cilantro for garnish Accompaniment: Colombian Hot Pepper Salsa
Directions:
In pot, bring chicken and water to boil. Skim the froth and add remaining ingredients except cilantro garnish. Return to boil, lower heat and simmer until chicken is cooked and vegetables are tender, about 1 hour. Discard cilantro. Garnish with minced cilantro and serve with salsa or rice on side.
Procedimiento: En una olla, calentar el pollo en agua hasta que hierva. Retirar la espuma y agregar los ingredientes restantes excepto la guarnición de cilantro. Volver a hervir, bajar la flama y cocer a fuego lento hasta que el pollo esté cocido y las verduras blandas (aproximadamente 1 hora). Retirar las ramitas de cilantro. Servir con la guarnición de cilantro picado y con la salsa a un lado.
