The main idea is to generate a “City Gate” to bring the area to the inhabitant's attention. This idea is supported by the 2 high towers, which are the landmark role, and their inclinations.
To link the 2 different grids on the north and the south of the project area, the building shapes are delimited by the street line of the 2 grids.
the strategy is also to connect the district to the rest of the city, representing the project with diagonals. They create views and are oriented according to the ax and the third site of the project. It allows to enlarge the views and cut the buildings to bring more lights.
Most of the time, diagonals are designed with slopes, to create
isolated spaces and enters the buildings.
There is a dialogue between the different levels of the urban projects and the architecture one (lots of underground levels). It permits to put a distance between
the highway and the project, and create more private building entrance
