Different Vision Spain & Portugal In this section of our serie, we have a lot of authors, and the majority are from Spain & Portugal. So, we start just here, and we have a really GREAT numbers of Photographers. This is Volume two of two. The idea for this series was born looking at the myriad of wonderful images in Wephoto Group pages. Authors from all over the world, each with their own culture, traditions, a world view that, although globalization, has different colors regarding different areas So part of this series has the goal to explore every world’s Macro region, and offer a proof, a featuring, trying to figure out if and how traditions and culture can give a “Different Vision”.

This is our 4th edition from that series. The first, dedicated Asian Authors is available for download via Apple iBooks Store, Amazon Kindle Store and Lulu.com, as separately reported, the second (three volumes) are available for download at the same platforms (see at the end of the book) I would like to thank all the authors for their cooperation, patience and enthusiasm. Almost daily we did talk about the achievement of this book, how to select photos and so on, different countries, different cultures, different languages, and yet we found ourselves in the WePhoto’s chat, talking as old friends in one language, feeling as if we were sitting at a table in a pub to have a drink together. This is the most beautiful side, perhaps, of this work. Demonstrate that we are all the same, it doesn’t matter where we were born, we share the same passions, the same fears, the same hopes.

A special thanks to my friend and admin Dick Visser, Art Director, for the supervision of the graphics, layout and the realization of the book, and with whom we are fighting together to achieve a single version to be offered to various platforms. Thanks to Germana,Anastasia, Teddy & Mia, who help us to contact and coordinate authors to organize and deliver their files. A difficult work, believe me! I push everyone to watch, read, spread to friends, acquaintances, sharing on Facebook and wherever else this book.

Born in Los Realejos May 5, it defines himself as a seeker of stories, someone who likes to portray everyday things. Something that we alone transport to places and situations with a simple image while trying to combine feelings and moods into a single snapshot. Art photography is a way we can show the world the things that happen every day without texts often false and full of deceit. 33 | WePhoto 2015 Š

Malules Fernåndez Barcelona, Spain Painting with the camera My artistic roots are in painting in which I’m working. The photograph, in an artistic sense draws on these sources. The knowledge and emotion intersect at a point close cad again both arts. The plastic interprets my excitement, the camera acts as a brush. I raised the image in aesthetic and emotional sense. All media can be valid to create and express. Working with all you can play back images, feelings, communication wires. SLR Camera iphone pinhole... any instrument that produces image is valid for me. The technique is not for me the most important, rather the ability to create moods, different situations, plastic emotions... I define myself as a photographer who paints with the camera. 45 | WePhoto 2015 Š

He’s an amateur with a clear preference for B&W photography. He looks to achieve a balanced composition between the beauty of the female body, and the richness of light and shadow. In his monocromatic world, he feels every shoot as if he was struck by an infinite rainbow. 57 | WePhoto 2015 Š

Murcia, Spain Since my childhood I have always liked painting but due to a lack of drawing skills (and other circumstances) I decided to change my artistic path. In the times of my youth I used to take social and family photos and run a small photo laboratory at home. Almost nothing have left from that time. Because of my retirement it took me about 10 years to return to my photo activities. In my situation I find it easier to devote myself to a landscape photography which is my favourite one…” As I was improving my knowledge of landscape photography I also discovered the possibilities of approaching other themes – something I would call “fantastic realism”. I eagerly use any technique to reach my goal – to move on with my work in terms of colour, composition and atmosphere with my main objective to get great results, coming from ideas in my mind…” 69 | WePhoto 2015 ©

Photography is my passion, studied photography and image in Madrid in 1975, I consider myself a self-taught photographer, I like playing with the composition, light and color, wanting to give my photos a painterly touch. The passion for photography was born with my father, we had a Petri machine on which I took my first steps into photography. Later I followed the trend to digital but I’m still a big fan of film. For me photography is the best way to communicate with the world and it is also the best way to perceive the world around me. 105 | WePhoto 2015 Š

Born and raised in the maritime City of Cienfuegos, ‘La Perla del Sur’ (The South’s Pearl), Cuba, and having some artistic inclination, I studied Visual Arts. I then graduated in Graphic Design, career that taught me how to look at things and live… in a different way. In 2011, I finally decided to get my first Reflex camera, and I then started to develop my latent interest in photography. Like most beginners, I have dabbled in all different categories of photography. I particularly enjoy black & white pictures, architecture and landscapes, and I love street and minimalism style photography. I learn from every picture I take, and every time my eyes guide me in a better way, through my camera lens, to express myself… 117 | WePhoto 2015 ©
