CURRENT SITUATION
VISION OF THE PROJECT
Industrial zone is perceived as a border between the city and the river as well as one of the main polluting sources of the Po river. There is a lack of urban relations between the building fabric and the river embankment with disrupted paths and neglected image of the place.
The concept of sustainable urban regeneration offers the vision to transform the degraded and abandoned areas of the industrial zone. In order to create a better relationship between Po river and the city it is necessary to improve a better connection between of them and to promote the water treatment.
