IN ASSOCIATION WITH SAXTEAD SCHOOL OF DANCE

Friday 13 May | 10.00am – 1.00pm SCHOOL HOUSE, CHURCH ROAD, SAXTEAD IP13 9QP Young dancers are prone to developing inefficient movement patterns through the over-recruitment of muscle fibres. In particular this seminar shines a light on optimising efficient leg and hip mechanics through practices employed at the DanceEast Centre for Advanced Training. Led by dance scientist Elsa Urmston, this practical and discursive session is aimed at private dance school teachers and mainstream dance educators.
