Edition 2, 2020 The recent COVID-19 Stage 4 restrictions will obviously have an indelible effect on all Victorians, and we appreciate that big decisions about property or changing lifestyle may not be top of mind for most of you. We are also acutely aware of the pressures many of you will be feeling during this time and we wish you and those close to you the very best of health and a safe path out of this crisis. Weathering the Storm Nicholas Brooks's take on the market this quarter

A distinct lack of consistency has become the only consistent part of 2020. It really has been harrowing all around - on families, on friends, on work, on holiday plans, on miniature schnauzers that are used to having the house to themselves all day. Despite that our market has been surprisingly buoyant - not due to the conditions but in spite of them. The lack of volume has meant that many vendors have been surprised by the positive response their property has achieved given the conditions . It's not been much fun this quarter but impressive sales results have certainly been a welcomed surprise. Off market sales continue to be a higher proportion of our current selling percentage so if you are considering selling, please feel free to reach out for a chat.
