Work Methology
I believe that all educators must have knowledge of all models of teaching for School / Educational Preschool Education, they must be able to extract from them what they consider to be more fruitful and enriching their own teaching practices. This knowledge and suitability to their teaching practice must be flexible and open to the educational community, sharing experiences, successes and difficulties, from a perspective of cooperation and teamwork with the rest of the teaching staff of the institution. I believe that the various existing pedagogical models complement each other, and I try not to base my teaching practice in just one, trying to diversify it and meeting the aspects with which I identify my best practice in each of these models. Therefore,

pedagogical models such as the Modern School Movement (MEM), High Scope, Methodology Project and the early years foundation stage (EYFS). All these models have as main characteristic the children active learning, where their interests are the basis of the work of educator who tries to give the children a set of meaningful experiences in which what they know and what they want to know is a conductor to provide such experiences.
MEM (Modern School Movement) - has its first premise form the groups of children, integrating various ages and not by age. This organization aims to ensure heterogeneity that better guarantees respect for individual differences in the performance of mutual help and cooperation among children. Defends the organization of educational activities for areas that determine the type of activities and materials that provide room. There is a constant interaction between the educational community and the rest of the community and families and a source of knowledge and training for children. High Scope - This teaching methodology has the basics action learning; positive adult/child interactions; an atmosphere of enjoyable learning for the child; a consistent daily routine; a daily assessment of the child based on teamwork. And promotes independent thinking; active learning; proactive attitude; an inquisitive and active imagination. Project Methodology – the project development is based on a conversation between the suggestions of educators and children. This methodology, based on social constructivism, is based on a course on which the phases, although interconnected, may take place according to a certain order, managed by the educator. The EYFS Profile summarizes and describes children’s attainment at the end of the EYFS. It is based on ongoing observation and assessment in the three prime and four specific areas of learning, and the three characteristics of effective learning, set out below: The prime areas of learning:
• Communication and language • Physical development • Personal, social and emotional development The specific areas of learning: • Literacy • Mathematics • Understanding the world • Expressive arts and design. Characteristics of effective learning: • Playing and exploring • Active learning • Creating ans thinking critically.
