Honey Garlic Pork Loin 1 each 3-4 lbs. pork loin (918570) 1/2 - 3/4 cup Honey (757301) 2 Tbsp Minced garlic (391021) 1 tsp Garlic granulated (472321) As needed Salt & pepper PREP | Preheat oven to 350⁰ degrees. Season the loin with salt, pepper, and granulated garlic. Place into heavy duty foil, keep the top open, mix the honey and minced garlic. Pour over the loin, coating well. Seal the foil. Roast until internal temperature reach 100-110⁰ degrees. Open the top of the foil, continue to roast util internal temp reaches 145⁰ Approx. 1 hour. Ovens will vary. Remove from oven and let rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing.

PREP | Sprinkle the chicken with Caribbean seasoning, grill chicken to an internal temp of 165⁰ degrees. Sauté the peppers, onions, and pineapple together using the olive oil. PREP | Preheat oven to 350⁰, if using dark or coated pans, reduce heat to 325⁰. Grease and flour 6 –9“ round pans. Using a mixer on medium speed, mix the cake mix, water, eggs, pineapple, oil, and coconut until blended approx. 2 minutes. Bake for 2532 minutes. Ovens will vary. When finished baking, let cool for 5 minutes, flip out of pan. Cool completely. Frost to the thickness you wish. Add toasted coconut to the outside of the cake. Each cake will yield 8-12 servings. Rub the butter mixture under the skin onto the meat, place skin back down covering the top. Place into a roasting pan with a rack. Cover with a lid or foil. Roast until internal temperature reach 165⁰ degrees. Approx. 1 ½ - 2 ½ hours. Ovens will vary. Remove from oven and let rest for 15-20 minutes before slicing. YIELD | 6-8

Add the red wine, and demi. Cook until the tips reach 125-145⁰.
