PREP | Bake cornbread muffin as directed. Fried cheese – cut block cheese into ½” cheese slices. Bread – one pan or dish with flour mix with salt & pepper, one pan with egg wash or butter milk, one pan or dish panko crumbs. Dip the cheese into the flour, then egg wash, last into the panko. Repeat the egg wash and panko. Place into a 350⁰ fryer, fry until golden, this should only take 1 ½ - 2 minutes. Build sandwich with choice of toppings.

PREP | Preheat oven to 350⁰ Cut open one end of pouch and squeeze batter into 3 pie shells. Spread batter with spatula until even. Bake on baking pans. 3. Spread batter with spatula until even. PREP | Pickle dill dip – with mixer blend all ingredients together until smooth. For a thinner dip, omit the cream cheese. Making stuffed wonton – spoon approx. 1 tablespoon of dill pickle or jalapeno popper dip onto the center of a wonton, using your finger, wet all edges with of the wonton wrapper with water, fold into a triangle, and press edges. Deep fry for 1-2 minutes. The wontons should be golden brown and crispy. Wonton chips – cut wontons in half. Be creative, you can do strips, triangles, rectangles or whatever. Open fry. Best is just placing them in the fryer without a basket. You will want to flip them around while frying. Cook until crisp. A minute or two should do it. If you are seasoning them, make sure to immediately after pulling. Naan dippers can be baked, grilled or fried. YIELD | 2-4
