Cook ribs for approx. 2 hours. Open the pan, top with half of the spaghetti sauce. Continue to cook uncovered until the ribs are tender. Heat remaining spaghetti sauce, heat pasta as directed, drain, and toss with the pasta. Plate the pasta topped with ribs, top with shaved parmesan cheese. Garnish with fresh basil (optional).
