PREP | Place the cowboy candy onto kabob stick. Note: do not push the meat together, keep a small space in-between the pieces of meat. PREP | Apple topping – heat a skillet, or on a flattop to med-high heat, add the oil, add the apples, brussels sprouts and onions. Season with salt and pepper to your preference. Sauté until tender. Set aside.

Cook the burger to customers preference, top with provolone cheese. Serve on a toasted bun, top with apple topping, drizzle with apple cider vinegarette. Serve with corn rib and Ken’s Avocado Ranch.

PREP | Boil 2 quarts of water in a saucepan, add noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes stirring occasionally. (you will not need the seasoning pack). Drain.

Heat a large skillet/sauté pan over med-high heat. Add the olive oil when pan is hot. Then add the beef cook for a few minutes, add the vegetables, continue to cook, add the ramen and sauce, heat until hot. Plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

PREP | Roasted corn salsa – toss together all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

Chicken – season with guacamole and more seasoning, dredge in the panko crumbs. Set onto a pan lined with parchment paper, hold until ready to serve. Deep fry for approximately 2 1/2 -3 minutes.

Potatoes – toss potatoes with olive oil and Montreal seasoning. Roast in a 375°F preheated oven until tender.

Brussels Sprouts – trim and cut Brussels Sprouts into halves, toss with dried cranberries, walnuts and olive oil. Place on baking pan, roast in a 400°F oven until tender and browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
