Endtro My landscape photography falls somewhere between painting and photography, with a focus on ‘real things’ which make up the landscape.

Disecting, exploring and appreciating the things often unnoticed within landscape photography.

It is purposely abstract, to concentrate on the colour, texture and composition of things seen around us. Also abstract in the vocabulary of ‘isolating some thing’. By taking that something 'away' from the place where it was once ‘found’.

To appreciate unseen natural beauty in things.

Through my camera curiosity, I have found my adventure. The things I see lift my spirit and ease my mental health from stress and anxiety. Every moment spent exploring expands my wellbeing, to become more mindful and to remember to live in the now.

Looking at the impact upon things through weather impaction and human interaction, I hope to change perceptions to enhance our appreciations.

If this is possible, I share my curious visions with you.

In adventure comes an understanding of how things interact with each other, especially those in nature.

Which leads to contemplating our own unique place in nature and how we have isolated ourselves with technology. In so many ways it is easier to live a life online, where it is often free and boundless.

Contemplation brings on feelings of empathy and empathy can brood altruism. But we don’t know what this can achieve yet. As artists we do not have all the answers, but we do like to ask you questions.

Occasionally life can get stressful, and feel like too much. Times like this I take my camera outside, and see what is happening in the world around me.

My aim is to create a visual language, to express a positive message to stimulate the wellbeing of mind.
