ACCOMODATION Martinhal Quinta in Quinta do Lago offers an exclusive private collection of independently owned luxury villas ranging from 2-bedroom townhouses to 5-bedroom villas – each with a private pool! Each property is positioned in its own landscaped grounds overlooking a private garden and swimming pool (pool fences fitted upon request). These 4-star properties are distinguished by interior décor that unites a regional artisan look with contemporary function and form. All villas have air-conditioning. With all rentals, linen and towels are included. Only guests who book through us will have full access to all resort facilities, leisure activities, kids club, and events and entertainment.

While the Quinta do Lago area itself has award-winning golf facilities, several restaurants, a sea-water lake with pedalos and a water sports centre, tennis courts, horse-riding and beach fun at Martinhal Quinta, we have focused on what our families staying at this gated village might want and need.
POOL HANGOUT The Pool Hangout offers a beautiful free form heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool area (with heated baby pool) with fun water features and water slides for kids, and sun beds with sunshades for parents. In the same area, just down the stairs, there is also an indoor pool, steam bath, fitness room and a room for Thai Massage. The M Bar, Blue Room and “O Terraço” restaurant for breakfast are all conveniently located around the Pool Hangout. There is also an unsupervised outdoor play area for children with our famous Martinhal trampoline, sand pit, table tennis, and our famous VW Campervan that has become a trademark favourite toy for kids who know our M Bar in Sagres!
M BAR AND GELATARIA The M Bar at Martinhal Quinta offers a pool side dining experience with delicious snacks, salads, pizzas, paninis and a wide selection of drinks. Mouth-watering homemade ice cream, crepes and waffles for a refreshing moment by the pool are also available at our Gelataria, the ice cream corner at M Bar.
O TERRAÇO Our O Terraço restaurant at Martinhal Quinta is located on the first floor of the Pool Hangout and delivers the famous buffet breakfasts that families love and know well. It is the perfect place to start your day!
KIDS & RAPOSINHOS KIDS CLUB Kids are central to our philosophy at Martinhal. For those who know our hotel and resort in Martinhal Sagres, know that we have a philosophy and wide range of facilities/activities to cater for different ages to “enable the mother to have her cappuccino with the foam still on it”! “Raposinhos” means “little foxes” and children here are encouraged to be the same – active and inquisitive. The kids club has lots of toys, games and puzzles to keep little minds occupied.Raposinhos caters for ages 6 months to 8 years. Baby-sitting can be organised for any age from a few months old on request.
BLUE ROOM The Blue Room is a fun indoor game room with Playstations, Wii’s, internet and other more traditional pastimes such as table tennis and table football. The Blue Room is an unsupervised leisure facility for all children – it is especially suitable for ages eight and above.
BABY CONCIERGE Hassle free travelling with babies and small children is our speciality. In addition to Raposinhos Kids Club and baby-sitting facilities, we also offer you the opportunity to pre-book baby equipment – from small items like door protectors, potties, bottle sterilisers & warmers, to bigger items like safety gates, baby cots and baby baths. Please note that we also offer a wide variety of lotions, nappies, baby food and other items in our shop, Mercado Deli & Bake.
MERCADO DELI & BAKE Our “Mercado Deli & Bake”, in the shopping area, offers a wide variety of take-away breakfast options with freshly baked bread, croissants and pastries, coffees, teas and natural orange juice. Here you will also find fresh fruit and vegetables, high quality deli items and a wide range of drinks. A full range of cold take-away dishes are also available through the day. “Mercado Deli & Bake” is also a convenience store offering a range of daily basics for families.

ACTIVITIES Located in the middle of one of the most premium golf destinations in Europe, Martinhal Quinta is the ideal hub to experience the award winning golf courses that the Algarve is well-known for. Furthermore, there are plenty of activities on offer in the region, including water sports like windsurf, canoe, kayak, stand up board, water ski, jet ski, banana, wake board, surfing, diving, boat trips, fishing, as well as horse riding, karting, jeep safari, segway and buggy tours, and the list goes on… Active Q gym owned by Quinta do Lago is around a 5-minute drive away, where there is also a great café/ restaurant. If you are looking for a fun day out in a theme park, AquaShow Park is just 19 minutes away. Aqualand and Slide and Splash are also just 47 minutes away. Zoomarine offers exciting shows with dolphins, seals, tropical birds, aquarium where you can watch sharks, swimming pools and other attractions.
