Hotel Martinhal has 37 luxury rooms including two duplex Beach Suites and interconnected room, all of which enjoy spectacular sea views. They also benefit from private balconies or terraces. The 23 Vilas Mimosa on the North side of Martinhal Sagres Beach Family Resort are all spacious 2 or 3 bedroom houses with private garden, views over the sea and the Port of Baleeira. There is a Clubhouse that serves all the houses with a 18m pool, as well as a baby pool.

AS DUNAS - Our beach restaurant ‘with style’ offers a tempting lunchtime menu, serves snacks during the afternoon and dinner in the evening, specialising in fresh fishand seafood. All restaurant are family friendly, featuring a special children’s menu and a dedicated children’s play area.
FINISTERRA SPA
Indulging at the Finisterra SPA enlivens any stay at Martinhal Sagres. Positioned in its own secluded grounds, the spa adds an extra dimention of health and vitality to the guest experience. “Finisterra” means end of the earth - as Europeans thought that this was the end of the world prior to the “Age of Discovery” when Portuguese and Spain sailors risked their lives in mapping out the rest of the world as we know it today. Finisterra Spa offers a complete range of massages and other treatments, including specially designed treatments for men, families, tweens and teens. Using organic spa products the treatments are performed in the six wooden-clad treatment rooms. Sauna and steam room are also available.
POOL HANGOUT & BEACH HANGOUT
The Pool Hangout is located just above the beach and is sunk into a stylish wooden terrace. A thirst-quenching selecton of drinks, fresh fruit juices and ice creams can be ordered at the bar. There’s no need to interrupt the sunbathing. It’s all about relaxation. Down on the beach, the Martinhal Beach Hangout offers a secluded area with sun loungers and umbrellas just in front of the resort, next to our Water Sports Centre.
SPORTS & RECREATION
Club 98 is the resort’s lively tennis and sports club. It is equipped with two high-grade artificial grass tennis courts (lessons and academies available) and two glass-sided Padel courts. It also has a swimming pool and an adjacent multi-purpose sports field. The Water Sprots Centre located on the Martinhal beach, is where guests can hire equipment for windsurfing and other water sports, such as kayaking, stand up paddle. Bike tours and bike rentals are available at the Martinhal Bike Station. Other activities on offer include surf & bodyboard, diving, trekking, fishing, boat trips, jeep safari, dolphin watching, etc. Throughout the year Martinhal organises special weeks with themes such as wellbeing, yoga, surf and biking.

Around the Village Square we have a wide variety of facilities on offer including: Children’s playground; Raposinhos Kids Club; a full staffed children’s crèche; Blue Room for older children with Playstations, Wii’s and internet; swimming pool; gym; hairdresser & nail saloon; family room; Mercado where you can buy wines and beers, freshly prepared food and a tempting range of holiday shopping; and M Bar - our family surf bar.
