HEALTHY LIVING

“Finally…I can Allison Webb-Hilgert’s life was consumed by asthma attacks, sinus pain, headaches, dizziness and congestion, until a surprising COVID-19 hack helped her heal—for good!

grew worse, Allison found herself stuck in a damaging cycle, regularly popping Benadryl pills before visiting friends and fearing the unknown allergens that might be lurking in their homes. But as she arrived home from her walk, frazzled and unsure of where to turn as her friend looked on with worry, she knew one thing: Something had to change.

A surprising remedy One day in November 2020, Allison was researching online for natural ways to boost her immune system amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, her concern for her health and safety as an asthma sufferer at an all-time high. Suddenly, she came across something intriguing on a blog. Others were posting about using hydrogen peroxide treatments via nebulizers to treat COVID-19 and ward off other viruses. I’ve never heard of this, she thought, diving into the research, which confirmed what she was reading. As she learned, hydrogen peroxide was well-known in medical circles as an “oxidative therapy,” which increases

How nebulized hydrogen peroxide protects against COVID “Hydrogen peroxide (HP) is a naturally generated antibiotic that can prevent and cure infections,” asserts Thomas Levy, M.D., author of Rapid Virus Recovery (free at rvr.medfoxpub. com). The challenge? Mainstream medicine sees HP as a disinfectant that’s not safe for internal use. “But quite the opposite is true,” he says,

adding that HP is ideal and safe for treating internal infections, especially those acquired via the respiratory tract. That’s because inhaling a fine mist of HP (done through an inexpensive nebulizer) can quickly eliminate pathogens in the sinuses, nose, throat and deep into the lungs. And nebulizing HP after exposure to COVID, or at the onset of initial symptoms, offers a quick, effective cure, he says. The reason, he explains: HP generates a chemical reaction that kills pathogens (leaving only oxygen and water in its wake).

Dr. Levy says small, handheld nebulizers (like Unoseks Portable, Amazon.com) deliver a finer mist that penetrates deeper into the respiratory tract. He advises using a standard 3% HP solution (diluted with saline if you have stinging in the nose), with the following protocol: For possible exposure, nebulize once as soon as possible for 2 to 3 minutes; for early onset of respiratory symptoms, nebulize 3 to 4 times daily for 10 to 15 minutes until symptoms dissipate. (As always, check with your doctor before trying any new treatment.)

re you okay?” Allison WebbHilgert’s friend rushed to her side as they reached the halfway point of their walk through the park. Allison, totally out of breath and wheezing, grabbed her friend’s arm for support, fighting to catch her breath as the two friends made their way back to the house. I feel like I can barely breathe, Allison despaired, the gravity of her situation kicking in. From 2013 on, the St. Louis, Missouri, music teacher had been suffering from asthma and allergies that caused severe congestion and made it a constant struggle to breathe easily. Playing the clarinet and saxophone in her music classes became a struggle, and to make matters worse, she began experiencing crippling sinus pain, headaches and dizziness from the constant inflammation and pressure. Doctors prescribed her two medications, one in pill form and an inhaler—which became her constant companion—to treat her symptoms, but the unpleasant side effects weren’t worth the little effect that they ultimately had. And as her condition
