what makes greenville
then + now 1970s revitalization Greenville began major revitalization efforts to the main street corridor in the 1970’s. This involved taking the four-lane road down to two lanes and introducing trees and wider sidewalks.
1990s cultural growth Greenville was able to begin solidifying itself as a cultural center in the Southeast by investing in institutions that support the arts and other cultural interests. The Peace Center for the performing arts is a thriving example.
1980s economic growth In the 1980’s Greenville made an effort to bring the Hyatt Regency hotel to mainstreet. It was the first hotel of its kind in the city to offer varied amenities such as meeting and convention spaces.
2000s placemaking Falls Park is the quintessential representation of Greenville’s downtown identity. It is a city aware of its resources and poised to continued enriching its sense of place as a leading southern city.
tomorrow
Greenville listed as #6 in America for manufacturing hubs with greatest capacity for innovation

office amenities Sometimes you need to lounge while checking your email or recline while thinking through a proposal. You might also need to give a presentation to an eager group of investors. The flex terrace has you covered.
Stitch provides 33 private offices with more than enough vibrant public office space for those who don’t always need privacy. Public office spaces are designed to promote cross-pollination and engage the public plaza just outside.
Celebrating good ideas is fun. It’s even better when meeting spaces enhance the experience of collaboration. The Thread Rooms are located in the core of the public office space.
The 3rd floor Stitch space is your breath of fresh air. Literally. Whether passing through the outdoor space after a day of work or stopping by for a morning workout, the Stitch space is your moment of escape.

You can’t escape the fact that your brain is ruled by natural processes that beg your body for a change of scenery between tasks. You might call this a mental switch that needs to be triggered. The Stitch space is intentionally placed between the work and live floors to give residents an in between space where they can decompress or engage their mind differently before moving on to other various tasks.
