DIFFICULTIES The hardest issue to consider in Madrid is overheating in the buildings, caused by a lot of sun light recieved during the day. It has hudge infuence for the building construction and technical issues of solutions.
There are some pionts which can be improved: - According to main wind direction and natural circulation – proposal of more trees on the courtyard and closing the area with ‚green walls’ to keep the cool air inside the building, - Considering the natural materials properties – change of the material at the external layer , - Traditional air conditioning system is changed by more efficient and natural system using natural ground condition and solar energy from the roof.

- Very high expansion against heat, - Good heat conductor, - Has really hot internal sufrace when illuminated by the sun from the outside.

Almost no heat expansion, Is natural heat insulator, When illuminated by the sun, the internal sufrace is warm, a lot cooler than the metal one, Is a light material, Rewquires more maintance during usage period than aluminium.
