Monaco, July 31, 2013 It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of greeting and support for the upcoming solo exhibition of the unique and creative artwork of Nikos Floros, "Tribute to Maria Callas and Grace Kelly" We had the honor and pleasure of welcoming the works of Nikos Floros in Monaco during the international tribute, "Grace, A Symbol of Change" organized by Ladies & The City in September 2012. Placed under the Patronage of H.S.H. Prince Albert II, this three-day tribute was the opportunity to recognize Princess Grace inspiring legacy in the three main roles of her life —Lady, Actress, Princess— and celebrate her exemplary contribution to positive change. Participants travelled from around the world for this event which marked the 30th anniversary of the untimely death of Princess Grace. The sculptures of Nikos Floros inspired by Princess Grace brought an additional beautiful dimension to the event, invoking the magic, the elegance, and the inner light of Grace Kelly in all of her roles. For this event again, through his artwork inspired by two muses, Grace Kelly and Maria Callas, Nikos is paying a tribute to two remarkable and unforgettable.
