SUNSHINE COAST SMALL BUSINESS IN THE LAND OF INNOVATION The latest Westpac Group CCIQ Pulse Survey of Business Conditions for the June Quarter reveals that confidence on the Coast has improved in 2014. They will go into the second annual Queensland Small Business Week from 1 – 6 September buoyant, and can rightly celebrate their achievements. The largest contributing factor, according to Pulse Survey respondents, has been greater diversification, ongoing construction of the region’s major new public hospital, a housing boom and increased tourism in the three months up to 30 June.
