Matthew Fairweather delivered an excellent series of adverts promoting our luxury Bristol offer. They successfully managed to enclose lots of information with limited photography and within a short timescale. It was clear the campaign worked, as our enquiries went up six fold. Cabot Cirus is a completely new venture for MCD property and Land securities, it represents MCD’s break into the Bristol market and offers a fantastic launchpad by way of such a prestigious development. MCD are keen to appeal to the Cabot Circus market, differentiating their offer but making sure it still feels well within the Cabot Circus lifestyle umbrella. We worked closely with MCD to create a short series of campaign advertisements showcasing the Bristol offer.

To capture the interest of the target audience quickly, communicate large amounts of information and grab attention. Limited photography and the lack of a completed development meant using a more creative approach to showcase the lifestyle options that would come with owning a property in the town centre.
Showhome visits and enquires went up on average by six times 3 months during and after the campaign. This was delivered in conjunction with a good set of PR in the major local property publications. We worked closely with agents, Andrews to provide a consistent message across both MCD and Andrews advertising channels.
Affluent, young singles and couples looking to locate to the centre of buzzing Bristol. Aged 20-40, perhaps local workers or those looking for a Bristol based crash pad.
