Communications riser - Please allow 1200mm w x 600mm D x full height per floor per core (next to each lift) – allow for NBN Communications Room at B1 – Please allow 2100mm w x 2000m D x min 2.2m H at Basement 1 – allow for NBN Electrical riser with meter panel – please allow 1.4m W x 600m D x full height with full front for access to DBs and meter panel per floor per core (next to each lift) Electrical riser (meter panel in main switch room) – please allow 800mm W x 600mm D x full height with full front access to electrical cabling and house DB Main switch Room at basement 1 - 4m x 3m x full height with 2 egress doors – for house and shop meters only, no apartment meter allowed Main switch Room at basement 1 – 6m x 4m x full height with 2 egress doors – for house and shops and apartment meters Kiosk substation at street level is recommended for this site – 4000mm x 3300mm – to be confirmed CCTV cameras recording equipment can be located in security room with monitor. CCTV cameras and DVR can be IP addressable and be monitored remotely if required. Please also refer to Council conditions for CCTV cameras requirements. Mechanical Retail Kitchen Exhaust - On a tenancy by tenancy basis, assuming full fire separation and system segregation, a 600 x 600 duct will pass 3,000L/s of exhaust air. This will be adequate for an average sized restaurant

Car Park Exhaust - The ventilation covering both car park levels will require a single exhaust duct, 1,000 x 1,000. The point of discharge is required to be not less than 6m from any mechanical air intake or point of natural ventilation, not less than 2.5m above ground level. It is preferred that the discharge be at roof level to remove the need for a ventilation pillar at street level. The exhaust fan and attenuators are estimated to be 3600mm long x Ø900mm. Additional space of 800mm on each side of the fan/attenuator assembly is required for maintenance. Supply air ventilation intake duct is required to be 700 x 700, separate from the exhaust point. The fan assembly will be 2800mm long, x Ø700, plus allowance for maintenance access. Plant room space will be required, subject to further co-ordination with risers, for fan
