Hi, I would like to welcome you in the second half of year 2017. If the first six months didn´t go that well, don´t worry. You have a chance for a new start. And even if they DID go well, your life can always get better! And it definitely will now that you´ve got back your friend – Ephemeris Journal! You´ve just got so much closer to achieving anything you want. Within me, you will find techniques which have already helped millions of people to build new habits

Together, we are going to plan each week in advance. There is also one feature you are going to love for sure! For each accomplished goal, you can set up a small reward. Have you managed to excercise three times a week like you promised? GREAT! Now you can reward yourself with just anything you can think of – going to the movies, buying yourself that T-shirt you´ve wanted for some time, having long bath etc. The possibilities are limitless!

Is your week planned now? Well, that´s time to call your accountable partner/s. It could be anybody from your best friend, teacher, boss to your mom/dad, girlfriend/boyfriend etc., It should be someone who you can trust and with whom you will feel comfortable sharing your ideas and goals. The great thing is, that if you tell your plans to somebody, the chance you will fulfill them rapidly increases. It´s scientifically proven! The other person can give you a valuable feedback, and you are also bonding with them at the same time. So you can kill two birds with one stone!

Now you can move on to setting your biggest focus for the rest of the year 2017. Think hard, what would you like to accomplish the most until the end of the year. Getting promoted? Buying new car? Putting your business idea into action? Running a marathon under 4 hours? It´s really up to you. So take a moment and consider where you are in your life now and where you want it to be on the 31st December 2017. Next step on your adventurous journey with Ephemeris Journal is creating new habits. Each and every day, you have a chance to fill out the blank spaces with the habits you would like to build. Fill in there the three of them every day, no more or less! If you have no clue, you can start with waking up earlier, learning a new language, having a cold shower, reading 20 minutes a day etc. Write down the same new habit until the time you feel like it´s become natural to you. Than you can work on the next one. People very often forget about taking care of their health. Ephemeris Journal has got that covered, of course! You can plan your workout or relaxation every day. I can´t stress out enough that there could not exist a healthy mind without a healthy body! Start excercising, drink a lot of water, eat healthier. It´s best investment you can make. The time and effort you put into this will get back in 5,15 or even 50 years. You will be glad that you can fully enjoy your life even when you are 80 years old and you still feel well enough to play in the garden with your grandkids or to go for a walk, and even taking a trip is still an option for you. I bet you can´t wait to start using me! So turn over the next page and start working on your dream life. We both know you deserve it. SO GO GET IT DONE NOW!
