Teatime at Laverton with Cummins-Meritor

New bonds continue to form with CumminsMeritor during a session of morning tea and insightful tours.

Kate Evans (Training Manager) and Claire Hampton (Branch Manager - Regional) invited 12 female Cummins-Meritor employees to Laverton, where they connected with staff from the branch and Campbellfield over morning tea.

The visit was an opportunity to learn about Laverton’s operations and participate in a site tour by Tomce Stojkovski (Rail Operations Manager).

In a presentation by Kate, the women were introduced to the Women’s Empowerment Network and Business AcuWomen program, enabling them to understand more about Cummins’ mission to foster an inclusive work environment.
