Employee projects making impacts

At a global company like Cummins, overall success is driven by the dedication and excellence of our employees in every region where we operate. In the Distribution Business our employees have contributed to making our world cleaner, worked to solve customers’ challenges and improved our internal processes by living our Cummins’ Values.

Through the Business Impact Awards, Cummins recognises employees who have gone the extra mile to find solutions to some of our most pressing challenges as a company. In April, the Distribution Leadership Team announced recipients of the awards after reviewing the nominated projects from 2022.
