2023 onboarding in Melbourne

In February, the Cummins Apprentice Program gathered the 2023 cohort in Melbourne for a twoweek onboarding program.

This year’s cohort consists of 81 new apprentices – 20 females and 61 males – making it the largest intake the Cummins Apprentice Program has ever worked with.

During the two weeks, the apprentices were welcomed by leaders and employees in the business. Part of the onboarding focused on practical technical activities, career insights from senior leaders, and visits to the Kenworth factory and Filtration site.
