AccessAbility Week with GradWISE
In February, the Talent Acquisition team participated in Industry AccessAbility Week, organised by GradWISE, an employment partner of Cummins Asia Pacific.
WISE Employment offers disability employment services in Australia. Its program, GradWISE, is designed to help graduates in their transition from studying to finding employment and to achieve their career aspirations.

AccessAbility Week featured presentations by a mix of GradWISE alumni and industry partners, each detailing either their experiences or what their organisations have in place to provide inclusive work environments.
The event’s theme was “Curiosity opens the door to opportunity”, with GradWISE encouraging students to explore inclusive career opportunities during and after their studies.
The Cummins Talent Acquisition team, represented by Chloe Lane, Joyce Chen and Davis McConnell, introduced the students to Cummins and the opportunities available within the company. Joyce and Davis spoke about Cummins’ DEI and Davis shared his journey at Cummins since onboarding in 2022.
“It was great be able to speak on a positive experience and advocate for the inclusive environment here at Cummins,” Davis said.
Cummins is an important industry partner and has been instrumental in the success of GradWISE. Over the past two years, Cummins has provided support to GradWISE, our university partners and, most importantly, to students living with disabilities. We are truly grateful for this partnership and the positive impact it has had on empowering students and promoting accessibility and inclusivity.
