Congratulations to our 2022 Annual Sales Excellence Award winners
Cummins is pleased to announce the winners of the Annual Sales Excellence Awards.
They are Syafeeq Hashim – Sales Manager, Power Generation, and Antoni Loizos – Customer Support Representative. The awards recognise the exceptional sales performance, commitment and dedication of our top-performing sales professionals. Antoni Loizos, part of the SPAC Aftermarket Sales Team, achieved 170% of his target for 2022. His team considers him a true team player, with a can-do attitude and a collaborative approach to tackling challenges.

Antoni has a strong process for managing his territory and manages his call plan effectively to ensure he regularly meets customers and prospects. In 2022, he executed several strategic large sales wins that required collaboration with internal and external key stakeholders, which he managed to a high standard. Antoni’s work in leveraging the ISC/ISL rebuild program with a key customer in his region delivered a significant win for Cummins.
Syafeeq Hashim’s contribution to Cummins Malaysia has been exemplary, achieving an outstanding 300% target against the 2022 AOP. He was instrumental in securing the first mega data centre for Cummins Malaysia and growing the agriculture business, resulting in a diversified business portfolio.
Syafeeq has demonstrated Cummins’ values of teamwork and excellence by communicating constantly across teams, functions and borders to deliver superior results. He has a strong focus on ensuring a positive customer experience, collaborating well with the PG bid support team across the region in SG and South Pacific.
Syafeeq’s initiative in engaging the growing data centre segment’s leading customers and end clients by supporting them with the leading technology solution and customer service is highly commendable.
Syafeeq Hashim and Antoni Loizos are inspiring examples of excellence in sales and their achievements are a testament to their hard work and dedication. We congratulate them on their success and thank them for their contribution to Cummins.
