Senior executives visit Cummins Sales and Service Korea

Cummins Sales and Service Korea (CSSK) welcomed Julia Utan, Director – Customer Support and Business Transformation, and Travis Lloyd, Director – Aftermarket, in March.

During their trip to visit customers, dealers and OEMs, the duo gained valuable insight into how they can ensure Cummins’ continuity in delivering value to its partners and had opportunities to engage with local staff.

PG EPC team in Korea makes progress in Poland

Power Generation in Korea has a team that facilitates engineering and procurement construction, which focuses on installing power generation units into mega factories.

Such projects can take several years and the Poland project, commissioned by a Korean conglomerate, is no exception. The team began working in Poland at the end of 2021, travelling in and out of the country as required during the pandemic to ensure the customer’s demands were met.

Jim Lee and Keunho Park are extremely important assets to the Korean team, ensuring we continue to meet stakeholders’ increased demands. The pair travelled on-site to install Cummins’ switch gear which progressed onto a factory acceptance test.

The test was successfully completed and delivered with sales recognition. The products currently on site include C3500D5, C3000D5X2 and C1100D5.
