A CONSORTIUM OF TWO BAHRAIN-BASED INVESTMENT BANKS has acquired a US real

estate portfolio comprising 866 homes for an undisclosed sum. Venture Capital Bank and Seera Investment Bank said they have acquired two multi-family residential assets in Atlanta, Georgia. The deal marks the consortium’s first investment in the US multifamily sector. The city of Atlanta was chosen because of its robust economy – the city has the fourth highest number of Fortune 500 companies headquartered there, after New York City, Houston and Dallas.

6 THE WORK ON THE 1,200-KM CROSS-BORDER REGIONAL RAIL NETWORK IN THE GULF REGION is going as per schedule with the technical specifications and the legal framework likely to be completed by the end of the year. The GCC is committed to completing the project in accordance with international best practices.

A NEW PROPERTY LAW IMPLEMENTED by the Abu Dhabi government will benefit the emirate’s real estate growth as it will widen the investment opportunities for expatriates. The implemented Regulation of Real Estate Sector (the Property Law) on financing and mortgage enforcement will bring best practice into the capital’s real estate, with numerous factors contributing to buyers’ security and subsequently enhancing growth.

DUBAI’S ROADS AND TRANSPORT AUTHORITY (RTA) will award the contract for a key route linked to Dubai Metro’s Red Line, in the coming months.

ABU DHABI GOVERNMENT IS SET TO PUMP IN MORE THAN $128 MN on major infrastructural projects including new internal roads, parks, multi-purpose courts, reservoirs and pumping stations in the UAE capital. Major infrastructural projects will be developed in the mainland - South region of Abu Dhabi. The other key projects include the setting up of storm-water drainage and street lighting network

THE HEAVY STORMS THAT HIT THE UAE LAST MONTH caused serious damage to buildings and infrastructure across the country – and spell some equally serious lessons for the construction sector. The storm led to flooded streets, waterlogged buildings and structural damage. The extent of the damage points to one main issue; buildings and infrastructure are not designed to consider the likelihood of extreme weather.

DOHA HAS BEEN NAMED the most expensive city in the Middle East for construction costs. The Qatari capital was ranked 12th most expensive in the world behind New York, London and Hong Kong. Jeddah and Dubai are also featured in the global top 20 for construction costs at 16th and 18th place respectively.

DOHA AND DUBAI TOP MIDDLE EAST CITIES for ‘smart’ buildings but more than half of those surveyed in the region only have limited connectivity and integration of building systems. The average building score in Doha was 70 – more than 20 points above the regional average. The average score in Dubai was 65. Abu Dhabi came third, with a score of 48. Overall, the region’s airports are leading the way with smart building technologies, with an average score of 80.

3 THE QATARI ORGANISER OF THE 2022 WORLD CUP is considering housing football fans in Bedouin-style tents. The news comes amid concerns over the amount of accommodation available for the expected 500,000 visitors to Qatar for the tournament. Thousands could camp under canvas in desert areas close to stadiums.

4 QATAR RAIL ANNOUNCED THAT it completed tunnelling work on the northern section of the longest line of the Doha Metro. The work on the Red Line, which is located between Legtaifiya Station and Qatar University (QU), comes in line with the firm’s plans to complete the tunnelling process by autumn this year. Qatar Rail said that over 85 per cent of tunnelling for the entire metro was finished and that the overall project completion had reached 37 per cent.

THE $23 BN RIYADH METRO WILL BE COMPLETED on schedule and all six lines and 85 stations should be operational as planned in 2019. This comes after news that Saudi Arabia’s budget is ring-fenced and that the project would be scaled back or delayed following a slump in Saudi Arabia’s oil revenues, but the 176-km Riyadh Metro appears unaffected.

THE SAUDI GOVERNMENT IS SET TO SPEND AROUND $533 MN ON PROJECTS aimed at enhancing water security in the Makkah region. The project being implemented by the National Water Company covers Makkah, Jeddah and Taif and on completion it will boost the water capacity by 5.4 mn cu m. The goal is to increase the operational efficiency of the water sector and keep up with the demand from other neighbourhoods.

SAUDI ARABIA’S CENTRAL BANK PLANS to launch an “affordable mortgage” programme to finance residential real estate purchases by Saudi citizens. Under the scheme, home buyers would be responsible for an advance payment of 15 per cent of the property’s value. Commercial banks would supply a further 70 per cent, as well as an additional 15 per cent that would be guaranteed by the Ministry of Finance.

SAUDI ARABIA’S 1KM JEDDAH TOWER IS 20 PER CENT COMPLETE, has reached the 37th floor and is on track to be completed in 2018. Jeddah Tower, formerly known as Kingdom Tower, is set to overtake the 830-metre Burj Khalifa in Dubai as the world’s tallest tower. The tower is expected to cost $1.2 bn.

THE NORTHERN COURTYARD OF THE GRAND MOSQUE IN Mecca will be home to the world’s largest folding umbrella. Work has begun on what will be the first of eight high-tech giant umbrellas, along with 54 smaller ones, to be installed over the next six months. They will provide worshippers with 2,400 square metres of shade when open.

THE COMMONWEALTH, NOT THE REPUBLIC..! Follow-up article to “Diversified Passport Portfolio” by Dr. Alex Suchy von Weissenfeld in Arabian Homes’ March 2016 issue.

I

n the last article I promised you a series on the countries, in which you cannot only register an offshore company to protect your assets, but also purchase an asset worth protecting. This month we are looking at a country that ranks first on both ends of the scale. A country, which was among the first to bring the proposal for “Citizenship by Investment” through parliament and one that only recently has decided to allow this investment to be in the form of real estate. I am talking, about Dominica, not the Republic, but the Commonwealth. While the former is a terrific holiday destination I am sure, it is the Commonwealth which interests us here today. This island nation was first colonised by the French who arrived on a Sunday, which is why, very much like the “Robinson Crusoe” – character, it carries that particular name.

One word on the pronunciation of the name at this point, which you should be mindful of as a potential new citizen; before the British gained control over Dominica after the ‘7-Year War’ and established English as the official language, the island was called Dominique. In reference to this ‘old’ name, even in English the stress today is on the 3rd syllable and therefore pronounced “Domi-‘ni-ca”. As previously mentioned, Dominica became a popular jurisdiction for international business companies (IBC’s) or even an attractive location to re-domicile one you may already own. Companies, however, are not the only ‘persons’ the Commonwealth likes to count as one of their own. When you are thinking of re-domiciling your company, a legal person, from one jurisdiction to another, you may have various reasons. APRIL 2016 AH 25


Important for international investors is always a good track record of a stable Laws may have changed in your current jurisdiction and all of a sudden taxes are levied on your earnings or your jurisdiction has come under scrutiny from some international authority, as a result of which parties you intend to do business with treat your company with caution. For many of us who live in the GCC, economic factors play a major role. So, moving to a different country for work is a common reason for people to leave their home, but what would encourage people to adopt a different nationality?

FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT

Well, the reasons are similar to those for changing the jurisdiction of your company, but

one stands out for most, and that is freedom of movement. For various reasons it is often not so simple for citizens of one nation to travel freely to another. Visas are required and the process of obtaining them can be tedious and long. Other nationalities, however, can visit literally any country of their choice without prior permission, a visa, and they can obtain it upon arrival at the country’s airport, for example. If visa free travel is your goal, then Dominica’s Citizenship Programme might be worth investigating. As a Dominican, you cannot only freely move among all the Caribbean countries, but a total of 127 countries (at printing date) – including the European Union – are happy to see you at their borders and either do not want to see a visa or will give you

one upon arrival. The advantages do not end there, though. If your country does not like you wanting to leave or if you think having two passports could be useful to you, Dominica is happy to oblige – Dominica allows dual citizenship and does not inform your current home country of a successful application. Important for international investors is always a good track record of a stable and effective legal system and easy communication with the authorities. Dominica offers just that. Due to its long relationship with the United Kingdom - the Commonwealth of Dominica gained independence in 1978 after having been a colony for more than 200 years – English is not only the prevailing language - making government communication

and effective legal system and easy communication with the authorities. easy – but also English Common Law is practiced with a few local modifications where applicable. Back to the main topic, our "Citizenship by Investment Programme". Like most Caribbean countries, Dominica’s wealth originated from the sugar or agricultural industry, which up to now is a strong economic factor. Dominica therefore offers interested parties to make a donation to the country, which is eventually being used to help and promote these industries. In exchange for such donation, the country may grant you (the results of stringent background checks permitting) its nationality and subsequently passport. And as for taxes, none are due on capital gains, inheritance or any international income – unless you decide

to move to this beautiful place on earth – and quite frankly, why wouldn’t you at some point… you are a rightful citizen!

REAL ESTATE SECTOR

The second and most recent way of obtaining a Dominican passport is by investing in the real estate sector. Market entry-level requirements are a little bit more inviting than in other countries with the minimum investment starting at 200,000 USD, however, beautiful apartments in a stunning environmental setting can obviously be worth much more. Dominica is called “Nature Isle of the Caribbean” for good reason - just feast your eyes on the pictures accompanying this article.

to talk about their new development and its economic effect on Bahrain.

CAN YOU TELL US A LITTLE BIT MORE ABOUT THE JOINT VENTURE BETWEEN EAGLE HILLS AND DIYAR AL MUHARRAQ?

Marassi Al Bahrain is the first collaboration between the two. It is a unique urban project that we envision as Bahrain’s premier ‘smart city’. The main focus will be on offering a vibrant beachfront lifestyle,and creating a destination with seamless access to business, leisure, and entertainment across 875,000 sq m. We are very happy with the progress we have made so far with this project, and Eagle Hills has already opened a Bahrain office to support its activities here, including those of the dedicated Sales Centre which was inaugurated this January in the presence of HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Depending on the speed in which sub-developers develop their plots, the first phase of the project, which includes 480 high-end residential apartments, two world class hotels, a lifestyle, shopping and entertainment destination, and a one kilometre-long beach, should be completed by 2019.

WHAT WILL MARASSI AL BAHRAIN ADD TO THE REAL ESTATE LANDSCAPE IN BAHRAIN?

We are positioning Marassi Al Bahrain to be a socio-economic catalyst for the Kingdom as the quality of its various components will be at a level not often seen in Bahrain. It is a major project that will contribute significantly to the Kingdom’s GDP, not to mention the thousands of jobs it will create directly and indirectly, both when the project is complete and during its development.

Although those are all significant projects, Marassi Al Bahrain is not in direct competition with any of them as it has its own unique set of components and an overall vision that addresses the needs of its target audience. Marassi Al Bahrain is unique in many ways. It is a premier waterfront location within walking distance from a two-kilometre stretch of a white, sandy beach, some parts of which will be public, and this is a first for the Kingdom. In total, there will be four beaches, providing a mix of private, semi-private and public areas. It will include one of the Kingdom’s premiere shopping and leisure destinations, with the most modern children and family edutainment facilities available to date. It will also serve a range of other customer segments, through shopping, outdoor events, high street entertainment and a range of dining and café offerings. These are all unique attractions in their own right, which will also serve the residential communities there, adding an additional level of value to the properties at Marassi Al Bahrain. Plus, being a part of a larger project means residents will benefit from the amenities available at Diyar Al Muharraq, in which Marassi Al Bahrain is strategically located. This combination creates a proposition that is difficult, if not impossible to match.

WHICH TARGET GROUP ARE YOU TRYING TO REACH HERE?

We have received a lot of interest from outside the Kingdom, particularly from the GCC countries. All nationalities are welcome to own properties at Marassi Al Bahrain, either to live in or as investments, although the majority of purchasers so far have been Bahrainis.

With projects of this size, we always take a holistic approach to make sure we cover everything. Obviously, the environment is a big factor in our plans. From Marassi Al Bahrain’s side, the reclamation efforts follow strict environmental sustainability standards so that the impact on marine and wildlife is as minimal as possible. The environmental impacts assessed as part of the Construction Environment Management Plan guarantee that there will be no adverse impact on the local habitats. In addition to that, environmental studies have been carried out for Diyar Al Muharraq on a wider level. I do believe there should be more focus on eco-friendliness as it is a responsibility we all share. That report only confirms that we need to do it with a sense of urgency.

YOU ARE BASICALLY CREATING AN ENTIRE NEW CITY WITH MARASSI AL BAHRAIN, WHAT ARE SOME OF THE OPPORTUNITIES THAT COULD PUT BAHRAIN ON THE MAP FOR TOURISTS OR BUSINESSES?

We are already reaching milestones in attracting business activity in Bahrain. Vida Residences Marassi Al Bahrain marks the first international expansion of its operator, Vida Hotels and Resorts, which is owned by Emaar Hospitality Group. The shopping precinct alone caters to an extensive range of customer demographics. It will be divided into five interconnected districts: the High-street, the Family Plaza, a Waterfront Dining Promenade, an animated rooftop, and the Luxury Courtyard, so it is set to encourage investments from various sources. Marassi Al Bahrain is already becoming a key part of Diyar Al Muharraq and we are confident that it will be a major addition to the tourism infrastructure in the Kingdom.

WITH THIS CITY/PROJECT, WHAT ARE SOME OF THE DIFFICULTIES YOU ENCOUNTER?

Marassi Al Bahrain has the backing of two major developers, Diyar Al Muharraq and Eagle Hills, and that gives us the advantage of being prepared for any problems we might face. We do have a risk management plan in which we identified all the potential risks as well as their potential solutions and we are managing those risks very closely to ensure that each step is carried out as efficiently as possible.

rabian Homes visited the new showroom of IDdesign in Sitra. After relocating their outlet in Budaiya and their shop in Amwaj’s lagoon, the Sitra branch is now bigger and it has never been better. The showroom has doubled in size and features an immense array of furniture from three different brands. While we toured the place we bumped into Naeem Karmustaji, the Managing Director, and took the opportunity to ask some questions.

What has changed in your store?

We have expanded and revamped our exciting Sitra showroom to more than double its previous size so the showroom is now around 7,000 sq m compared to 3,300 sq m earlier. Our shop is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of Sitra Mall. We also relocated the Lagoon showroom to the new expanded Sitra Mall branch. With this change, today it has become easier for our clients to visit our single point of sale with a bigger range and variety of products.

How long did the expansion last?

We tried our best to accomplish the expansion and relocation within a three month span running from mid-October to midJanuary. We are very happy we managed to do so thanks to proper planning, long working hours and continuous management follow-up during the construction and relocation period

Which brands do you carry?

We represent three international brands. First we have IDdesign from Denmark, which has more than 47 years of experience within the home and lifestyle sector. They offer a wide range of home inspirations that include dining room, living room and bedroom furniture and accessories. They also have a great selection of lighting, rugs and paintings. The second brand we carry is Kare Design from Germany which has operated since 1981 and has an incomparable and inexhaustible variety of new furniture, lighting and accessories. They have a slightly quirky and crazy look but the pieces are unique. Finally, we offer Pierre Cardin. They have amazing office furniture from Turkey with a chic product concept.

How will the expansion affect the clients?

IDdesign is always trying to provide the best service to satisfy its client’s needs and comfort. With this transformation from a multi-location shop to a single point of sale we are trying to save clients’ travelling time by eliminating the different branches. We now aspire to provide interior design expertise in one single location with our complete range of products on display. Clients now have a wider choice and we can answer all of their needs and wants in terms of furniture. 40 AH APRIL 2016

By reducing the sales points and increasing your main showroom’s floor plan, will you add more collections? We definitely want our expansion and relocation to increase our business and diversify our collection in a way to satisfy our clients and boost our client base in the market. Even though we reduced our number of shops by regrouping two branches into one, we increased our display area by an additional 1,500 sq m. We went from two shops with a combined area of 5,500 sq m to one single showroom of 7,000 sq m and none of our products that are on display have been duplicated. This means we increased our collection to around 100 per cent compared to last year. For example, our bedroom displays went from 20 designs to around 40.

How do you differentiate IDdesign from other similar brands?

Both IDdesign and Kare Design are international brands that have a lot of shops worldwide. They have years of experience within the home market which enables both brands to have experienced staff who can introduce the latest designs to their clients. We also have affordable prices and free interior design guidance available in our showroom. Our clients will always be accompanied in selecting items from our big range of collections.


What are the results you are expecting to come out of this change?

As a result, we are the largest home lifestyle showroom in the kingdom of Bahrain in a single point of sale and we are also the largest IDdesign showroom in the world with the exception of Denmark.

How has the space been divided?

Our brands are international and the display has been planned and implemented by visual merchandisers from each specific brand. The space is divided according to each brand and within each brand it is shown according to the themes and styles.

What are you most looking forward to after this redesign?

With the size of the showroom increased and our 3 different collections, we hope to gather new trends, fabrics, materials and ideas all under one roof. We are looking to be the first destination in the kingdom to offer a unique shopping experience where furniture, style and design gather and serve all clients regardless of their tastes and price range. What is the process, how do you start working on a project?

The primary stage is an information gathering process, which corresponds to the client brief and areas that are to be explored as a result. It also includes the site survey where the site context and features are identified in terms of the surrounding built-up fabric, orientation, accessibility, topography‌etc. Then all will be analysed through illustrative diagrammes and sketches where spaces and their functional relations are identified. In certain projects, similar case studies of successful projects will be explored and analysed. Then, the conceptual thinking will start where different design concepts are explored with the client until the desired idea and design are achieved.

What would you describe as your architectural style? Contemporary.

Is there a guiding light in your work, a fil rouge?

I have always spoken of and translated in my designs architecture which truly corresponds to its context i.e. the environment and 44 AH APRIL 2016

climate, the culture, the function of the structure, and the needs and desires of the end-users. There are architects and non-architects who perceive architecture only from the artistic standpoint, producing and appreciating designs that only look good or exquisite without taking into consideration functionality, relevance to the environment, culture, climate, time and space, and sustainability.

What has influenced your taste? Who/what is your inspiration?

For me, my taste and inspiration are not fixed overarching shades that colour all projects and designs the same way. Many times my taste and inspiration are momentary and/or are a product of my immersion in the nature of a specific project and its unique aspects. In that way, my taste and inspiration are not consistent in scope and manifestation. The ingredients that fuel my inspiration are all the elements that make up the design, my understanding of all these elements; the client’s vision, their requirements, the inspiration of the owner, our understanding of the site, the location, the geography, and the culture. I do not go on with a pre-set idea or a certain background, or a form or shape that I just want to materialise into reality and superimpose on a project.

How did you gain your first ever project?

In the first 12 years of my career I worked with the renowned architect Rasem Badran in Amman, Jordan. I had various roles in a multitude of projects. I think when reminiscing about my “first project” I can better perceive the concept as a journey with milestone projects. That being said, some of the first projects that really impacted me as an architect and formed these milestones along this path were The Justice Palace in Riyadh Saudi Arabia, and Al-Jame’ Mosque in Riyadh as well. Also, as Ta’meer First Commercial Center in Central Riyadh, in addition to the Museum of Islamic Art in Qatar.

How do you respect your client’s wishes but make the project your own?

By giving them the chance to be involved in the design process. I start by giving them many options to explore and via this process we have progressive discussions, making the client an integral part of the end result.

Has working in Bahrain influenced your projects? If yes, how?

Yes because it is a completely different environment to start with than Jordan for example, culturally and geographically. When designing in Bahrain I have different considerations to address than when

designing in Jordan for instance. Such considerations include cultural differences, cultural and technological exposure of the country and society, the climate, the naturally occurring building materials versus imported materials and their impact. Clients in Bahrain are more exposed and open to various and different cultures which is a challenge as they bring in so many ideas that they are in love with and want to explore from things they have seen locally, abroad, or from the ways they have been influenced by the calibre of their education and/ or cultural exposure. Furthermore, building technologies in this region are more diverse and more international. There is also the authenticity aspect especially when it comes to material. For example, Jordan has a stone culture – stone is natural to that part of the world and is the most commonly used as a building material. Therefore the approach to designing is different than say Bahrain where stone is not a local material. This was a challenge when I first started.

Are there some projects you regret?

No, I do not regret a project or a design. I do however see an evolution in my designs as time goes by. By time what I offer stems from a mindset of accumulated thought and creative expression, there is a degree of progression to it. If I were given the same design request today of say a restaurant, I will develop this design in a different way than when I got the same design request 10 years ago.

Which project are you most proud of?

Because I work in diverse types of projects, I find it difficult to pick just one out of all categories which include residential, commercial, multipurpose, cultural, religious, and so on. I have one or two from different categories. The award-winning villa of course, I thouroughly enjoyed this project. For my time working with Rasem Badran, The Justice Palace and Al-Jame’ Mosque were points of enjoyment and pride for me. When I was with Gulf House Engineering in Bahrain there were a few; the Royal University for Women, Seef Mall Extension in Seef District, and Al-Zamil Tower which I worked on with Architect Ahmad Bucheri. Once I co-founded my own company, Design Studio – Architects, with my wife and business partner, architect Manar Sirriyeh, there were several projects, mainly private residences, that were very rewarding but I cannot disclose these for client-architect confidentiality reasons, that being said, we are proud of the Grove Residential Compound in Hamala.

Which building or monument in the world fascinates you the most?

There are many fascinating forms of architecture around the world, some in huge buildings and others in smaller expressions like houses or boutique shops and restaurants. If I were to think of a monument, a historical one, I am fascinated by the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem, because it has perfect proportions, and at the time it was built, it was progressive for its time. As for a modern building, I admire the solution created by the extension of the Louvre Museum done by I.M. Pei.

What are the difficulties with entering competitions?

Difficulties are often related to the jury. Something we worry about, especially if the competition is not done by an entity that is in the field of running competitions, for example if a developer decides to run a competition, it would be a once in a lifetime occurrence and s/he are not specialised in doing so. So the judging is sometimes done unprofessionally, whilst the criteria would be set by professionals but the judging panel would be people in the development company for example who do not possess the well-rounded knowledge to judge an architectural project based on the given criteria. For instance individual taste may get in the way and stomp feasibility and functionality of the design. So the issue would be that the jurors are not following the criteria, and we would not be chosen and it would be for something that they thought of and that is not even in the criteria. Once we have clear-cut criteria and there is always a place for inquiry for clarification, there is nothing to worry about.

Do you have any restrictions in the guidelines?

Yes there are specifics and limitations in the guidelines but I do not see them as restrictions, whether they are to do with the site itself, the budget, or with certain existing elements that have to be considered and incorporated in the design, which is expected. Actually, I find that to be a good thing, and I would rather have it this way than an openended set of guidelines, it lets me know what exactly is required, not everything and anything under the sun, and it is part of the challenge and the reward in the experience.

How do you feel about receiving the ‘5-Star’ Award, ‘Best in Arabia’ and ‘World’s Best’ at the International Property Awards?

The joy of receiving these awards was almost indescribable, and for receiving these titles, I am extremely grateful. For me it stems from feeling utterly validated as an architect for my approach towards design which I stand by very strongly. I am empowered now to APRIL 2016 AH 49

speak more freely of my approach and hoping to be more of an influence toward sound architecture in the region alongside the select few who abide by similar principles. As architects we are responsible for both the visual and inhabited environment in terms of aesthetics, as well as providing buildings that are efficient in their need and use of resources. At the end of the day, we spend our whole lives going through and completely immersed in architectural products, every single minute.

How do you feel being the first Arab to win the ‘World’s Best’ award?

Proud. Notwithstanding that the Arab architectural community is massive, so this is not the first time an Arab receives an award for outstanding architecture which is also a point of pride for me. That being said, achieving this accolade in the International Property Awards is a significant milestone for me, and it is a mark of excellence within architectural and non-architectural communities. So I am proud that my participation in this particular programme, which is quite prestigious and international, and amongst many personalities, and firms in the entire property industry, has yielded this result; I was up against 490 entries from 75 countries.

What made you stand out against other people up for the award?

My design satisfied what they were looking for - mainly, an architectural design that is in total harmony with its local environment, geographically, climatically, and reflects the cultural heritage of the region in a contemporary manner. They were not looking for an architect who had designed a home in Bahrain that looked like something from France for instance. That’s what I mean by saying that architecture is beyond only art or aesthetics. My “response” to the competition was deemed to be a successful contemporary solution which satisfied design requirements, and the full context of the design, and the building of it.

Has winning these awards changed anything in your business?

It is too early to speculate if this award has lead to more projects but that is certainly our hope. We believe that it will, as this provides credibility to my architectural approach and validates it which in turn enhances the trust and respect for what I do and how I do it. Many people are looking for high standards, for awardwinning architects to produce the designs they have in mind. APRIL 2016 AH 51

The shop also frequently holds sales, so you should not hesitate to step inside and ask the staff for help.

The store is spacious and displays its products perfectly within different rooms. Our mystery shopper almost felt like stepping inside someone’s home. The items are not stacked up high but rather displayed tastefully. The only small critique our Mystery Shopper had was that the prices were not always shown on smaller items.

Service at BoConcept is always great and our mystery shopper was not disappointed. Staff were amiable and ready to help or assist in any way needed and questions were answered promptly and professionally.
