LONDON STATIONERY SHOW Welcome to
As the only dedicated trade show for the sector, London Stationery Show 2024 promises to be an unmissable gathering for stationery and gift buyers, retailers, dealers and other resellers, featuring the biggest selection of art, crafts, writing and paper products from around the world, all under one roof.
This is the first show under the new ownership of Max Publishing, and we can’t wait to meet everyone and really get to know the stationery community. Ocean Media Group has done an outstanding job in the last few years, elevating London Stationery Show as the most important event in the stationery industry’s calendar. We’re looking forward to building on the success of the show and really making it an event not to miss.
As well as over 120 exhibitors, we’ve got an extensive talks and workshops programme (page 8-9). We’re very excited to welcome Ryman’s Theo Paphitis to the show, where he’ll be delivering the keynote talk in the lunchtime slot on Tuesday at 12:30. Never one to hold back on his view, retail entrepreneur and former TV dragon will be sure to draw a crowd when he speaks.
Theo joins an impressive line-up of talks and workshops over the two days, with talks ranging on topics from social media top tips to ways to improve your branding and workshops on clay modelling, hand lettering and journalling. The popular indie retail panel returns on Wednesday afternoon and we’re looking forward to welcoming hand-writing

If you’re searching for quirky designer stationery or lovingly handmade offerings, visit the carefully curated Boutique Collection (page 11). These brands pride themselves on their cutting-edge concepts, looking to make their mark in the industry with their innovative products.
Make sure you head to the Product Showcase on the ground floor to check out all the finalists in the Stationery Matters Awards (page 13-15). The finalists were judged entirely by a panel of leading stationery retailers in 11 different categories. The winners will be revealed at the Awards Ceremony which will take place on first evening of the show and is sponsored by The Stationers’ Company and supported by the Business Design Centre.
Enjoy the show and we hope to meet as many of you as possible.

“PG Live was SO very good and we came away completely inspired. Everyone we saw brought their A game to the show. There was lots of inspiration, newness and clear points of difference between the stands. We came en masse as it’s such a great show and we see it as important for everyone to come along to see the publishers and all the new product they have been developing and are on working on.”
Sam Ody,
lead buying manager of everyday cards for Tescoabsolutely the heart of our industry. It’s our absolute favourite show from both a publisher and retailer perspective. There’s everyone there who I love and want to talk to. We really feel looked after - the free tea and coffee, the free lunch, the drinks in the evening - all of these really make it stand out as a show. This kind of connection and community is absolutely priceless.”

PG Live, as it always has such a great atmosphere – and this year’s event felt particularly inspiring and there really seemed to be excitement in the air! It was lovely to see so many card publishers under one roof, existing suppliers, as well as discovering some new ones. We came away excited and inspired, with a very long list of highlights – the product standard was so high!”
