Maundy Thursday is a Christian observance in Canada. The day, also known as Holy Thursday, occurs during Holy Week and falls on the Thursday before Good Friday. It commemorates Jesus Christ’s last supper and the initiation of the Eucharist, which is observed in many Christian churches. Good Friday occurs two days before Easter Sunday. It is the day when Christians commemorate the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, which plays an important part in the Christian faith. It is also a statutory holiday in all Canadian provinces and territories except Quebec, where it is partially observed.
Easter Sunday in Canada celebrates Jesus Christ's resurrection after his death, which is described in the Christian Bible. Some people observe Easter Sunday by attending church while others spend time with their families and friends or engage in Easter egg activities.

This ranges from digital vaccine passports to real-time travel notifications, the tech solutions will play a pivotal role in keeping the public updated regards to the travel guidance and improving their travel decisions. In addition to this, the use of contactless technology will also continue to bring an ease and convenience to the travel experience. The travel companies have also embraced innovative tech solutions to keep the travelers safe as well as provide instant access to help and information. Also, includes contactless check-in and boarding as well as the functionality and ability to order food or service via app or concierge support through WhatsApp or chat.

The personalization factor can’t in any way be ignored for best results in the Northern Ontario Tourism. For many travelers coming to the vast province Ontario, with a key focus on Northern Ontario. It is important that creating daily itineraries is now a much more complex and an overwhelming process.

ly friendly and investing in the reduction of your business’s eco-footprint. Ironically, increasing the magnitude of impact not just evident in the business world, but as well in the community and the environment as a whole. The ethical entrepreneur today will cultivate the real fruits tomorrow and their activities in terms of recycling, reduction in energy waste, minimizing usage of paper, carpooling and reducing other wasteful business practices. All these activities with the ethical considerations merged will yield fruitful results for an entrepreneur’s success agendas. All these practices not only have a great impact on the influence on others but also encourage eco-friendly practices. It’s indeed a confusion for the new business owners that these practices are dedicated for the established and large businesses. However, organizational ethics should also be practiced by new & fresh businesses who are in the process of making a sustainable name in the industry. In fact, new businesses can make these practices an essential part of their business plan.
CLIENTS – ‘A KEY PART OF THE ETHICS’: Clients or more professionally speaking ‘clientele’, is a key and vital part of the entrepreneur ethics as they are your key stakeholders. As an entrepreneur of today, you should always seek out the opportunity to treat your client well and express great and humble appreciation when they support your business. A clientele speaks itself for the business as they are a kind of representative of your quality assurance and your business ethics. They are the ones who set your true reputation and goodwill in the vast world of business, marketing, & overall performance management. As an entrepreneur your realization for the business comes immediately with your realizations for the clientele. Doing and giving your best to the client every day is not only a good business decision, but a wise and ethical choice as well.
EMPLOYEE OWNERSHIP & VALUES: Empowering employee ownership and ethical values may not be that important for some entrepreneurs. However, for many, it is the number one choice in terms of the entrepreneur ethics.

Record-Low Supply and Price Gains: How Canada’s Housing
Market Fared in 2021
COURTESY: CREA Canadian Real Estate Association
The last two years have had many Canadians feeling like they’re stuck in Groundhog Day, as two stories continued to dominate headlines: COVID-19 and Canada’s housing markets. The year 2021 was another record-breaker for both home sales and price growth, according to data from the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA).
This trend kicked off in January as the sales-to-new listings ratio hit an all-time high of 90.7%. Home sales started strong, 35.2% higher than January 2020. By April 2021, home sales skyrocketed a whopping 256% compared to the same time in 2020 (which was when most of Canada was under some kind of lockdown).
54
MBE BUSINESS MAGAZINE APRIL 2022
W W W. M B E F O RYOU. C O M
Markets seemed to be calming down as we welcomed summer’s warmer weather back. Home sales fell 8.4% in June on a month-over-month basis but were still up 13.6% on a year-over-year basis. In August, markets continued to stabilize. While levels were more normal compared to earlier in the year, they were still quite active compared to any other point in history. By the end of October, Canadian home sales had set a new annual record. National home sales remained historically high in December 2021, yet Canada’s housing supply hit an all-time low, meaning home buyers were left feeling the squeeze heading into the new year. CREA recently reported the actual (not seasonally adjusted) number of transactions in December 2021 was the second-highest level on record for the month, with only December 2020 coming in higher.
Because of short supply and high demand, the actual (not seasonally adjusted) national average home price climbed to $713,500 in December 2021, up 17.7% from the same month last year. Excluding the Greater Vancouver Area and the Greater Toronto Area, which heavily affect Canada’s national numbers, the national average price comes in closer to $560,000. The MLS® Home Price Index (HPI), which uses more than 15 years of MLS® System data and sophisticated statistical models to gauge a neighbourhood’s home price levels, rose 2.5% month-over-month in December 2021. This is on top of similar gains to the MLS® HPI seen in October and November.

With the decline of America's global preeminence, weaker countries will be more susceptible to the assertive influence of major regional powers. India and China are rising, Russia is increasingly imperially minded, and the Middle East is growing ever more unstable. The potential for regional conflict in the absence of an internationally active America is real. Get ready for a global reality characterized by the survival of the strongest. -By Zbigniew Brzezinski

7. PAKISTAN Although Islamabad is armed with 21st-century nuclear weapon s and held together by a professional late 20th century army, the majority of Pakistan is still pre-modern, rural, and largely defined by regional and tribal identities. Conflict with India defines Pakistan's sense of national identity, while the forcible division of Kashmir sustains a shared and profound antipathy. Pakistan's political instability is its greatest vulnerability, and a decline in U.S. power would reduce America's ability to aid Pakistan's consolidation and development. Pakistan could then transform into a state run by the military, a radical Islamic state, a state that combined both military and Islamic rule, or a "state" with no centralized government at all. At stake: Nuclear warlordism; a militant Islamic, anti-Western, nuclear armed government similar to Iran’s; regional instability in Central Asia, with violence potentially spreading to China, India, and Russia.
8. ISRAEL AND THE GREATER MIDDLE EAST America 's decline would set in motion tectonic shifts undermining the political stability of the entire Middle East. All states in the region remain vulnerable to varying degrees of internal populist pressures, social unrest, and religious fundamentalism, as seen by the events of early 2011. If America's decline were to occur with the Israeli-Palestinian conflict still unresolved, the failure to implement a mutually acceptable two-state solution would further inflame the region's political atmosphere. Regional hostility to Israel would then intensify. Perceived American weakness would at some point tempt the more powerful states in the region, notably Iran or Israel, to preempt anticipated dangers. And jockeying for tactical advantage could precipitate eruptions by Hamas or Hezbollah, which could then escalate into wider and bloodier military encounters. Weak entities such as Lebanon and Palestine would pay an especially high price in civilian deaths. Even worse such conflicts could rise to truly horrific levels through strikes and counterstrikes between Iran and Israel.
